Listen to your surroundings – take a walk and be aware of the land under your feet.

Walking can be an act of worship – prayer in motion.

Notice and savour flowers, rocks, etc – whatever draws your attention.

Open the eyes of ears of your heart – each step helps us to be open to change, to healing, to shed anxieties, worries, burdens.

Find God in all things.

Lord, help us to see your beauty when we are out walking. Thank you for all your creation.
