8.00am
Our Sunday Services begin with a Book of Common Prayer Holy Communion. It is a peaceful and meditative service and is always a great way to start the day.

9.30am
This Holy Communion service (with a choir) embraces tradition and innovation. Prayer ministry is available each Sunday morning in the Foley Chapel. We are a really friendly church that enjoys getting together after the service for tea, coffee, cakes and conversation.

6.30pm - 1st and 3rd Sundays of the Month
1st Sunday: Holy Communion service including a sermon.
3rd Sunday: A varied menu of services including: Evening Prayer, Contemporary Style Worship, Taizé and Traditional Choral Evensong. A village minibus is available for those who need help with transport to church for the 9.30am service. Midweek Services

Ecumenical Communion Service
This ecumenical service is held in the Parlour at Potters Cross Methodist Church and includes a short sermon or reflection. Friday 7.30pm - 9.30pm
Church on the Edge (1st and 3rd Friday of the Month)
Church on the Edge is a relaxed service designed to be as inclusive as possible, with contemporary worship, guest speakers and a relaxed atmosphere. It is a chance for people to come together from around the area, spend time worshipping God and hearing his Word. We enjoy spending time together as a community, sharing refreshments and getting to know one another. The service is run jointly by Kinver Methodist Church and St Peter’s Church and spends half the year at each church venue. Check out the Church on the Edge page. Communion Service (1st Saturday in the month)
The Spiritual Development group has planned monthly informal services. This is a growing Alternative Communion service exploring new ideas and inviting personal reflection. The service lasts about 30 minutes with coffee and tea, biscuits served beforehand. Great for those who find Sunday mornings difficult to attend. Check the monthly diary. Saturday Social

Concerts & Events
St Peter’s church is a wonderful venue for concerts and other events, with its magnificent acoustics and beautiful architecture: it provides the perfect backdrop to any event. We host a wide range of concerts and events, including: Viva Musica, Ayaki Davies and Michael Jones: Piano Recitals, Pink Floyd Tribute Band, Folk Bands and an art exhibition featuring prominent local artists and sculptors. Hatch: Baptisms
If you or a family member would like to organise a baptism (christening) please contact the Rector on 01384 872 556. The clergy and our baptism team will meet with you to discuss this important initiation into the Christian church family. Match: Weddings
St Peter’s church has a fantastic grade I listed building with stunning architecture and long fascinating history. Our café church wedding team and clergy prepare couples for their wedding ceremony and life together. Many people feel the need for support and a listening ear after the loss of a loved one. We have a team of people who are trained to walk alongside others in their time of need. Children and Youth Work
Within St. Peter’s Church children attend their own activity in the Foley Chapel in the main 9:30am service. The children re-join the main service to take a blessing during Communion and at the end they present their work to the congregation. There is a very child-friendly monthly MESSY CHURCH Children’s Service at 11:30am for youngsters and adults or carers on the third Sunday of each month (unless replaced by a ‘special’ mainstream service). AD33 is a dedicated youth charity based in Kinver and run an array of groups, activities and events for young people including; youth groups, cell groups, lunch clubs, weekends away and school lessons, as well as providing pastoral support and mentoring. One of the most popular groups, Alive and Kicking (AK), is an open access youth group for anyone aged 11-18 and runs every Sunday evening 7-9pm at the Youth Hut in Castle Street. Music at St Peters

ST PETER'S CONCERT ORCHESTRA (SPCO) will be performing their first concert on SATURDAY 4th MARCH at ST PETER'S CHURCH, KINVER. 7.30pm.

The concert is called ANIMAL MADNESS!!! and will feature Tchaikovsky's SWAN LAKE SUITE, Prokofiev's PETER AND THE WOLF (narrated by actor CRAIG ANSELL) and Rimsky-Korsakov's FLIGHT OF THE BUMBLEBEE (performed by JANE WRIGHT from the world famous CBSO)

The SPCO is made up of professional musicians, music students and talent local amateur musicians and play at a very high standard.

THIS REALLY IS A CONCERT NOT TO BE MISSED!

Tickets: £10 Adults, £5 Under 16s, Free for Under 5s.
