On Sunday Pastor John walked us through Leadership and what can be expected of our newest Deacon nominees. He reminded us that Character, Commitment, Charisma, and Chemistry are so important when voting on new Deacons.

Our AFM happens on November 19th and if you are a member we hope to see you there casting your vote prayerfully on who will be the next deacons to take our church forward over the next 4 years.

We truly believe God has so much more for our church to do!!

JOY.

Joy is such an easy three letter word but in the trenches of this life it can be so hard to hold onto.

Last Sunday pastor reminded us that even when all else fails, or when life doesn't go to plan, in the end we will still see Jesus. Joy is found in the hope of tomorrow even when today is painful.

If you would like to catch up you can do so over on YouTube, but if you'd like us to pray for you please reach out, we would love to talk to God for you!

🗓 this week's schedule is a jam packed one.

Please note that on Friday evening there is an Evangelistic event in New Life City church. Barry has led a colourful life and now knows freedom from addiction thanks to the hope of Jesus. If you know someone who would benefit from hearing his story, why not bring them along! Or if your reading this and curious come on over... You'd be so welcome.

This Sunday we are delighted that Keith will be preaching.

He is our church Elder and quite literally grew up around here. When he preaches, he does so recognising the reality of life and the importance of following Jesus!

If you've ever been to church this is a great weekend to pop in the door and see what God will do!
