Where do men go to really talk?

Life asks a lot of us. We’re expected to be strong, steady and have it all figured out, and too often we carry it all alone.

A Circle of Men is a space to set that weight down for a while. It’s a place to slow down, speak honestly, listen deeply and be met by other men walking their own path.

There’s no pressure to share and nothing to fix. Each man comes as he is: to talk, to listen, to reflect, or simply to sit in good company.

As the veil grows thin this Samhain, we invite you to let go of what no longer serves you and step into something new.

Join us for a powerful evening of guided breathwork, movement and music: a journey through release, renewal and fresh beginnings.

🌬 Breathwork is guided by Nikki Jordan of Into the Fire Wellness.
🎶 Music is by DJ SergeYo, a soulful blend of ethnic and tribal rhythms, underground dubs, earthy grooves and electro-organic sound.

Breathe deeply. Move freely. Let go. Be reborn. ✨

No experience is needed. Just bring an open heart and a willingness to feel, release and reconnect with yourself.

A new week, and lots of ways to connect, move, reflect and celebrate together!

🧘 Yoga at the Sanctuary runs every weekday at 9 AM, with evening classes at 5 PM on Mondays and Thursdays.

🕯 Pause and find some stillness at Guided Meditation (Monday & Wednesday, 12 PM).

📖 Explore practical spirituality for everyday life at the Spiritual Living Circle (Tuesday, 2 PM).

💫 Join the conversation at A Course in Miracles (Wednesday, 5 PM).

🤝 A Circle of Men gathers Thursday at 6:30 PM.

💃 Friday is the Rebirth Breath Dance! Join us at 8 PM for an evening of breath, movement and release, and a chance to let go and reconnect with yourself. Tickets are still available, so grab yours at the link in our bio before they’re gone!

☀️ On Sunday, we gather for Sunday Celebration at 10 AM, followed by our Community Potluck at 12 PM. 🥗 Bring a dish to share and stay for good food and great company.

Offering classes Monday to Friday 9am to 10am and Monday Thursday from 5pm to 6pm!
We have yoga mats available for our has or to borrow!
