Hear the Music Ministries (HTM) was founded by Jon Buller in 1999. Over 20+ years HTM has done hundreds of music ministry events, including CD releases, worship-concert tours and training conferences in Canada and internationally. HTM has also mentored dozens of young and emerging music artists, many of whom have become prominent leaders in their music and ministry careers and / or received Juno a

wards and Grammy nominations including Fresh.i.e, Starfield, Tim and the Glory Boys, Amanda Cook, Alexa Dirks (Chic Gamine), Love and the Outcome (Jodi and Chris Rademaker), Joey Landreth, Ryan Voth (Bros. Landreth), Meghan Dolovich, Jaylene Johnson and Richard & Krisjana Hale. Hear the Music Ministries is a registered charity in Canada with the mission statement, “lifting up Jesus through the worship arts and development of worship artists”. The executive director is Juno nominated Christian recording Jon Buller. Also an ordained reverend in the C&MA of Canada, Jon has released 10 Cds in his 20 year music career and continues to write, record and lead worship regularly. Very meaningful for me to participate in the memorial event by offering some music recently. Grateful to our community of the City of Vernon for reserving a place at Polson Park to remember those that may have been forgotten. Thankful for the people and organizations that are mindful of the lives of people in the Okanagan that we are all called to care for in some way... As we continue the wrap up activities for Hear the Music this year, we found this in our archives…this is before we ever did workshops and definitely pre-Levite Summit workshop events, circa 2001. But the typo (workshop instead of worship) by a MB media outlet was somewhat predictive of the future and the intentional training that would become central to what we do as a ministry.
