Netball tournaments and Sports Days connect the community in intentional ways. With an average of 3,000 people in attendance, the FVM Malawi team draws in key stakeholders for talks on child protection, gender based violence, education and health screening. Amidst the fun, important information is shared!

We said our earthly goodbye to Chrispin this past week. He had retired as a security guard at Mulunguzi House after serving well and brightening lives with his sweet smile. Chrispin will be missed by many.

His love for Jesus means he stepped across into deeper joy and life than he has ever known. Our hearts are comforted knowing this, as we miss his presence on earth.

We recently submitted an Expression of Interest for International Development Funding. It is challenging to express the work of FVM within a two-page submission! To capture how the community comes together to nurture their preschoolers - the investment of time and effort by volunteers into the programmes is so important to acknowledge.
It truly does take a village to raise a child 💛
