The truth is, we’re all busy with something. We each have responsibilities and commitments to manage, but we still have a choice in how we spend our time. The question is, are we making room for God, or simply fitting Him into our busy lives?

It’s time to make God our priority, not a second option.

Many times we can become so fixated on our goals or problems that we've unknowingly put our relationships with God on the back burner. So if everything feels overwhelming, maybe it’s not because we’re bad planners, but because we’re not prioritizing what really matters.

Message title: When Disillusioned, Focus on God

1. TURN TO GOD
When Habakkuk faced unanswered prayers, injustice, and disappointment, he turned to God instead of away from Him. In response, God faithfully reminded that He was at work, even when Habakkuk couldn't understand His ways. In the same way, when life disappoints us, the best response is to focus on God. Turn to Him with your pain, your questions, and your doubts, and trust that whether we see it or not, God is always on the move.

2. WAIT ON GOD
Waiting on God requires faith, especially when we do not understand His ways. Habakkuk learned to trust God's character, promises, and timing.
Instead of taking shortcuts or focusing on our circumstances, wait on God and remember that He is in control.

3. WORSHIP GOD
When we worship God, it doesn't guarantee that our circumstances will change, but it changes the way we see our problems. Like Habakkuk, we can choose to worship God even when life remains difficult. Worship declares that God is good even when our circumstances are not, and when we focus on Him through worship, He becomes our strength and salvation.

As one generation surpasses the one before them, let us remember to share our Lord and Savior to them.
We will not only tell them that He is our Lord, but our Savior as well and His deeds, His power and all the good and wonders that he has done for us.

Many times we put off doing what we know God is telling us to do - through His word, authorities, or the leading of the Holy Spirit - because there is something that we're prioritizing over Him.

Have you ever found yourself asking, “God, where are You?” When we become too focused on our circumstances, it’s easy to lose sight of who He is. But when we choose to fix our eyes on Him and trust in what He can do, we begin to find more reasons to rejoice and be grateful for what we have in the present.
