Apostle Arsenio: Advancing the Gospel Through Media
As a visionary leader, the late Apostle Arsenio T. Ferriol foresaw media, especially television and radio, as a powerful platform for spreading the Word of God, prompting him to cultivate and strengthen its use in the Pentecostal Missionary Church of Christ (4th Watch).
1994 – In December, Oras ng Katotohanan (ONK) TV and Radio merged with The Word Magazine, forming the Media Communication Department (MCD).
1997 – Daystar started printing The Word Magazine.
2002 – MCD became the Resources for Doctrinal Empowerment and Evangelistic Ministry (ReDEEM), and the End-Time Mission Broadcasting Service (EMBS) was also established.
March 29, 2024 – The official 4th Watch Media page was created and began airing programs.
April 1, 2024 – Apostle Jonathan S. Ferriol’s deep love for the ministry established by the late Apostle Arsenio led him to dedicate himself to improving the media arm of the PMCC (4th Watch). He opened new doors of opportunity by revamping it and officially naming it “4th Watch Media,” giving 100% of his time, love, and support, and being hands-on in its growth and expansion.
From mid-April 2024, 4th Watch Media began launching powerful programs such as:
• Home Free Radio Philippines and US
• Apostle’s Take
• 4th Watch News
Alongside classic programs like:
• Prayer Power
• Oras ng Katotohanan Classics
2025 – Global District Media Teams extended their full support by promoting programs and producing their own content, including news, testimonies, and multilingual broadcasts. The global programs broadcast on 4th Watch Media were Home Free Radio US and Hora de la Verdad, a Spanish-speaking radio program.
In the same year, the first-ever 4th Watch Media Festival was held, inspired by the 1995 Creation Initiative of Apostle Jonathan S. Ferriol. 4th Watch Media, under the leadership of Pastor Charisse Mendoza, organized workshops featuring personalities from the Philippine media industry, influencers, and skilled media professionals.
Today, in this digital age, online identity matters. Many 4th Watch Media influencers are now using their platforms to promote Christ, invite others, and inspire communities to become followers of Jesus.
