Outdoor events are risky. Weather, discomfort, noise pollution, inconvenience, etc

But remember: No risk, no reward!

Yesterday PFMC had “showers of blessing”. Only a couple rain drops, but God rained down his Spirit - it was a smashing success!

Thanks to all who attended, participated, lead, cooked, brought food, prayed, sang and enjoyed connecting to God together outdoors :)

Peace with God. “What shall we do to attain this blessed peace?”

1. Ask God for it. The Bible calls God the God of peace. Our hearts cannot feel peace unless God gives it.
2. Make war with sin. There is no peace as long as sin remains alive. If you want peace with God, break your bond with sin.
3. Go to Christ’s blood. Trying to live a holy life will not bring peace, only Jesus death and life will bring peace. His blood pacified God’s wrath, it will also bring you peace.
4. Walk closely with God. The apostle Paul puts grace and peace together. Grace is the root, peace is the flower. Divine peace come out of a gracious heart - God’s first, then mine.
