Don’t do leadership alone.
That’s the message that filled rooms at , and it’s one we’re still thinking about.

From David Ashcraft reminding us that what God wants to do through us is too important to be sabotaged by pride, to Priscilla Shirer challenging us not to let secondary things become primary, to Craig Groeschel pointing out that great leaders don’t predict the future, they recognize the patterns creating it. Every session was a push to lead with more humility, more focus, and more courage.

But some of the best moments happened between the sessions: new friends, shared laughs, notebooks filled, and leaders realizing they’re not in this by themselves.
