We want to take a moment to appreciate this week’s Carrier of the Heart: our Parking Team Volunteers.

Thank you for faithfully serving each week and being one of the first points of connection for everyone who arrives. Your friendly faces, welcoming attitudes, and willingness to serve help create an environment where people feel seen, valued, and ready to encounter Jesus.

We have Volunteer opportunities before camp and during VBS week for adults, students, and Jr. Helpers.

From crafts and décor prep to games, snacks, check-in, tech, and small group leaders, there’s a place for everyone.

Ever miss the bigger picture? Jonah did. After preaching eight words, 120,000 people in Nineveh repented. Yet instead of celebrating how God moved, he was furious. Why? Because he wanted grace for himself, but judgement for others.

God's ways are just, but not always fair from our perspective. The same grace that rescued Jonah from the sea was now being extended to his enemies. And it displeased him, exceedingly.

God's question cuts deep: "Is it right for you to be angry?" Sometimes we get so fixated on wanting God to be on our side that we miss the joy of what He's doing around us.

Is there anyone in your life whose pain would bring you comfort? Whose downfall would bring you joy? If so, it's time to bring that to Jesus.
