Nash Road Gospel Hall

Nash Road Gospel Hall We are a group of Christians who gather at 105 Nash Road South, in the east end of Hamilton, Ontario, Canada

In the early 1900’s Hamilton’s population was about 51,000. During the next few years the population was rapidly increasing and by 1914 it had doubled to over 100,000. During this time believers who formerly met in the McNab Street Gospel Hall had moved to the east end of the city nearing the city limits. It was there interest to see a new testimony established in Hamilton’s east end. In about 191

3, the believers having rented a building on Rosslyn Avenue, commenced a new work in the Gospel and established another testimony to the name of the Lord Jesus Christ. Than in 1920, a Gospel Hall was built on a one-half lot at the corner of Kensington and Cannon Streets. Cars were scare and believers generally lived within walking distance to the Gospel Hall. An aging building, lack of suitable parking and increasing numbers resulted in moving to its present location on Nash Road in November 2009.

God does not deal with you according to your failures, but according to His grace in Jesus Christ. Through Him, there is forgiveness for sinners, mercy that never runs out, and new life for all who believe. No condemnation, no rejection, only the invitation to come to Christ and be saved.

Holding onto bitterness weighs heavy, but the answer isn’t just trying harder to forgive.

Scripture shows us something deeper. We forgive because we have been forgiven. Not partially, not conditionally, but fully through Jesus Christ.

Until we see the depth of God’s mercy toward us, forgiveness toward others will always feel forced. But when we understand what Christ has done on the cross, our hearts begin to change.

Forgiveness isn’t rooted in what others deserve. It’s rooted in what we have received.

Bring your hurt to God. Remember His grace toward you. From there, forgiveness begins.

“Be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, even as God in Christ forgave you.” Ephesians 4:32

God does not abandon His people in their suffering.

Even when grief is present, it is not the end of His story. His compassion is not occasional or limited, it flows from His mercy.

What feels like discipline or pain is never the final word. God’s mercy holds the final word.
