You’re invited to Arabic Worship at Cornerstone!

Join us on Sunday evening, October 25 at 6:00 PM as we gather for worship in Arabic.

Come hear God’s Word, sing His praises, pray together, and enjoy fellowship with others. If you have an Arabic-speaking friend, neighbour, or family member, we’d love for you to share this invitation with them as well.

Are you ready for the return of the King?

Jesus Christ has promised to return. Are we living in anticipation of that day?

On Sunday afternoon, student Zach Bonura challenged us with these questions.

Take a moment to reflect on this & watch the whole sermon on our YouTube channel.

We give thanks to God for His faithful care, for the many blessings He provides each day, and above all, for the gift of salvation we have in Jesus Christ.

May this weekend be a time to enjoy God’s good gifts, gather with those you love, and give thanks to the One from whom all blessings flow.

“Give thanks to the LORD, for he is good, for his steadfast love endures forever.” Psalm 107:1

Happy Thanksgiving from Cornerstone!

One of the gifts of church life is being part of a community that spans generations. Some have called Cornerstone home for decades, while others have only recently joined us. Our 75th celebration brought so many of those people together for an afternoon of food, music, messages & stories, laughter, and plenty of fun for the kids.

We’re thankful for 75 years together and for everyone who has been part of Cornerstone along the way. Glory to God for everything!

New to Cornerstone? Here’s what to expect once you find a seat. 👋

Every pew has an ESV Bible and a Book of Praise for you to use during the service. Our order of worship is also listed on the bulletins that the ushers hand out, including the songs we’re singing, Bible passages and page numbers, and prompts for when the congregation stands or sits.

You don’t need to know where everything is or be familiar with our worship service before you come. Simply find a seat, follow along as you’re comfortable, and worship with us.

Our ushers are also available to help you find a seat or answer any questions you may have.

We’d love to welcome you this Sunday!

Sunday services: 9:30am and 3:00pm

Our next Arabic worship service will be held on Sunday, September 27 at 6:00 PM.

These services are a time to gather around God’s Word, worship in Arabic, and enjoy fellowship together. If you have an Arabic-speaking friend, neighbour, or family member who may be interested, we encourage you to share the invitation with them.

Everyone is welcome to join us!

Bringing a little one to church?

Nursery is available during both Sunday worship services at Cornerstone for babies and toddlers.

Our nursery volunteers are there to provide a safe, caring space for your little ones while you worship. Whether you're a regular member or visiting Cornerstone for the first time, you're welcome to make use of it.

Little ones are very much part of our church family, and we're always happy to see them on Sundays. 🤍

One more look back at a very special celebration.

For 75 years, generations have gathered at Cornerstone to hear God’s Word, worship together, raise families, serve one another, and share life as a church community.

Saturday gave us a chance to remember some of that history and celebrate with many of the people who have been part of it.

Above all, we give thanks to God for sustaining His church through every generation. May we continue to faithfully serve Him in the years ahead.

There was lots to enjoy for every age at our 75th celebration!

Ice cream from the truck, face painting for the kids, music, conversations, and lots of time spent catching up with old and new friends made for such a fun afternoon together.

Thank you to everyone who helped plan, decorate, serve, entertain, and make the day so enjoyable. We’re thankful for the community God has given us here at Cornerstone.

What a wonderful afternoon celebrating 75 years together!

From the beautiful decorations and anniversary cake to music, messages, and memories shared, Saturday gave us so much to be thankful for. It was special to pause and celebrate the Lord’s faithfulness to Cornerstone over the past 75 years.

Here are a few scenes from the celebration, with plenty more to come!
