June is Men's Mental Health Awareness Month.

Many men silently carry stress, anxiety, grief, loneliness, and discouragement. However, Scripture reminds us that our God sees us, cares for us, and calls us into community.

This month, let's encourage one another, check in on our friends, and remember that seeking support is a sign of wisdom—not weakness.

"Cast all your anxiety on Him because He cares for you." — 1 Peter 5:7

When we put our faith in Him, He forgives our sin, reconciles us to God, and gives us new and eternal life. This is the gospel. This is the good news of Jesus Christ. Don’t turn away from God’s redeeming love.
