1. There will be a Church-wide special business meeting on August 9th at 12:30pm on Zoom. Please log in by 12:15pm. Only members are required to attend. Please join the meeting using your own device for voting purposes. An email with all the meeting information and agenda has been sent. Hope to see you all there!
2. Please pray for Online SPICES Camp! It is running from Aug 4-7 from 9:30-11:00am for Junior Children and Aug 10-14 from 9:30-11:30am for Senior Children.

1. English Special Business Meeting - July 26th @12:15pm. Please come in by 12:10pm. Only members are required to attend. Please join the meeting using your own device as we will be voting on the updated motion of calling Pastor Jeremiah. We have sent an email with all the updated information and the Zoom link. Please read over the email and ask any questions during the week, as we want to keep the meeting time to a minimum. We will also provide a brief update during the meeting and have a question period. 1. There will be a church-wide Special Business Meeting on July 12 at 12:30 pm. Only members are required to attend. Please enter the Zoom meeting by 12:15 pm. This is for us to vote as a church on accepting Pastor Jeremiah as the English Pastor. We will use the polling function to vote. Registration is NOT needed for this meeting. The Zoom meeting link will be sent out to all members later this week. We ask that every member use their individual devices. Please use your real name in the meeting in order for us to record accurate attendance.

1. There will be a Special Business Meeting on July 12, 12:30 pm for all congregations. We will be inviting the Cantonese and Mandarin congregations to vote to endorse the calling of our new English pastor. We will also be reviewing revisions to the Church Constitution.

1. There will be an English congregation business meeting on June 28 at 12:15 pm to vote on our pastoral candidate and membership transfers. Members are strongly encouraged to attend. For voting purposes, each individual should log in using their own device. Please follow the registration link that was sent out earlier this week.
2. The Church Council has been exploring different options and logistics for physical church gatherings. At this time, we will be continuing with online meetings. We will keep you updated.

📢Weekly Announcements June 7 - June 13, 2020

1. As our pastoral candidacy process continues, there will be a consultation meeting on June 14. This is an opportunity for us to ask questions and get to know our Pastoral Candidate, Pastor Jeremiah. All three congregations are invited. We encourage you all to attend!

2. The English Business Meeting will be held on June 28th at 12:15.pm. Only members are required to attend. We will vote on our Pastoral Candidate, Pastor Jeremiah.

3. We are accepting applications until June 14. Children ministry experience and post secondary education preferred. Contact Julie Chow at [email protected] if interested.

The church is called to be the hands and feet of Jesus. We are to learn to do right, seek justice and to defend the oppressed (Isaiah 1:17). As God’s children, we are all made in His image. Each one of us is precious. We stand alongside our Black brothers and sisters and must use our voices to speak out against racism.

1. We are accepting applications for a 6 week long children’s ministry summer internship. Contact Julie Chow at [email protected] for more information. Applications will be accepted until June 14.
