What does true faith look like? Often, it looks like giving up control. 🙏

Just as Abraham had to surrender his plans and trust God with his journey into the unknown, we are called to do the same daily.

It is easy to want to stay in the driver’s seat of our own lives. But Jesus gives all His disciples a clear invitation:
"If anyone would come after me, let him take up his cross and follow me."

Yesterday, Rob challenged us to consider how praying the second petition of the Lord’s Prayer, “Thy kingdom come,” is actually a dangerous prayer.
When we pray it, we’re asking God to rule in our lives without rival… to take His rightful place while we take ours. Are we really ready for that? Are we prepared for our lives to “blow up” (in the best and most necessary way) as God shows up and reigns fully?
