Yesterday during sacrament meeting, our stake president refreshed in our minds the importance of prayer in our lives. Even when things seem out of our control and we feel that there is nothing that we can do about our situation, prayer is something that we ALWAYS can do.
Prayer is a small and simple thing that brings the power of God into our lives, and if we have the faith to try the word it will sprout and begin to grow (See Alma 32 in the Book of Mormon).
He invited us to find our own private place to pour out our hearts to God wherever it may be for our own welfare as well as the welfare of those around us.
We urge you to begin speaking to your Father in Heaven, or to improve our prayers wherever you may be on the spectrum of faith. God is anxiously willing to bless you, but is bound to wait for us to first exercise our faith.
