Sunday Morning Worship Service

09/30/2026

Today, as we celebrate the National Day for Truth and Reconciliation, we pause to remember and honour the children who never returned home, the survivors of residential schools, and the families and communities whose lives have been deeply affected by this painful part of Canada’s history. We especially recognise and honour those within our church family who carry these experiences, stories, and connections. May this day be a time of remembrance, reflection, and a continued commitment to healing, reconciliation, and showing Christ’s love through compassion, respect, and understanding.

“Be strong and courageous, and do the work. Do not be afraid or dismayed, for the LORD God… is with you.” 1 Chronicles 28:20

Stepping into a new journey can be scary. Sometimes, the uncertainty of what lies ahead can leave us feeling nervous, overwhelmed, or even questioning whether we’re ready for the next step.

But throughout Scripture, we see that God often calls people into new seasons before they feel fully prepared for them. The unknown may be uncomfortable, but it can also be where God grows our faith, stretches our capacity, and reveals what He has placed within us.

The next step may feel unfamiliar, but we can trust that the same God who carried us through the previous season will be with us in the next one.

Congratulations to Bro. Jay on this new journey 🙏
