You know the sad thing is that especially christians and those that preach forgiveness are the very same that finds it so difficult to live by their very same testimonies and scriptures, finds it difficult to forgive and alow their emotions to contradict themselves.

But the Gospel we preach is not supposed to stop at the pulpit.
It’s supposed to walk out with us. Into our homes. Into our broken relationships. Into the places where we were betrayed.

So the question is: do we blame them, or do we remind them?
Blame pushes people further away. It makes them defend themselves instead of turning back to God.
But reminding calls them back to who they already are in Christ. It says, "This isn’t who you are. Come back to the Jesus you preach."

Our wrongdoing did not stop Jesus from making the ultimate decision of forgiveness and sacrifice.
He chose the cross while we were still wrong.
If He forgave us at our worst, then who are we to withhold forgiveness at theirs?

May our lives finally match our testimonies.
May we be known not just for preaching grace, but for giving it.

Jesus se tafel is heilig. Dit is volmaak.
Dit is gedek met genade, vergewing en die volheid van sy liefde.

En vandag nooi Hy jou: Kom soos jy is.

Jy hoef nie eers "reg" te lyk nie.
Jy hoef nie eers alles reg te hê nie.
Die enigste vereiste is 'n hart wat Hom nodig het.

Om jou voete onder Jesus se tafel te sit, beteken:
"Here, ek bring myself - gebroke, moeg, dankbaar... en U gee my alles."

Aan sy volmaakte tafel is daar plek vir elkeen. Ons is een liggaam, een familie.
Aan sy tafel word ons nie veroordeel nie, ons word gewas skoon deur sy bloed.
Aan sy tafel word ons nie leeg gelaat nie, ons word gevoed deur sy liggaam.

Die brood: Sy liggaam gebreek vir ons genesing.
Die wyn: Sy bloed gestort vir ons verlossing.

So los vandag alles. Kom rus. Kom onthou. Kom ontvang.
"Kom na My, almal wat moeg en belas is, en Ek sal julle rus gee." - Matteus 11:28

Mag jy vandag die volmaaktheid van sy teenwoordigheid ervaar aan sy tafel. ❤️

To take courage is not to ignore the storm, but to acknowledge His presence.

To take courage is not to pretend the storm isn’t raging, but to face it honestly and still whisper, “Lord, You are here.” It means naming the wind without fear, because we know He walks with us through it. When our strength runs out, His presence sustains us. He calms what He cannot yet still, and He strengthens what the storm tries to break. So take heart — the storm may be loud, but His presence is greater. There is peace in the middle and purpose after, because you are held, you are seen, and you are not alone. "When you pass through the waters, I will be with you." Isaiah 43:2🙏

The rain falls because the cloud can no longer carry the weight. The tears fall because the heart can no longer endure the pain.

If that’s you today, please know this: You’re not weak. You’re just tired. And you don’t have to carry it alone. God sees every tear. “He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds.” - Psalm 147:3 There is hope. There is healing. And there are people who will walk with you.
