Sunday Service Recap | Message by Mr Mokgara
Topic: Faithfulness and Aligning Yourself with God’s Purpose
Scripture: 1 Corinthians 4:2
Mr Mokgara reminded us that as believers, we are called to be faithful stewards of everything God has entrusted to us. In order to walk fully in God’s purpose, our mindset must change and align with the Kingdom of God. When we position ourselves correctly, we are able to complete the work God has assigned to us.

He encouraged the church to increase their productivity in the work of God and not remain spiritually stagnant. God takes us from one level of growth to another, and we must be willing to move into deeper levels of spirituality by tapping into His grace.

Things we need to let go of:
Relationships that do not align with God’s purpose – We must be careful of friendships that pull us away from our calling and surround ourselves with people who encourage spiritual growth.
Habits that hinder our growth – We must let go of things such as dishonesty, fornication, reckless spending, and behaviours that do not reflect the life of Christ.
Wrong environments – Our positioning matters. Just as God revealed Himself to Moses through the burning bush, we must be mindful of where we place ourselves.

Philippians 2:9-10
Mr Mokgara reminded us that when we are in the will of God and serving Him, we are under His protection. God will never lead us to a place where His grace cannot sustain us. The more we serve Him, the more we experience His peace and care.

Matthew 18:20
We were encouraged to depend on God alone and allow Jesus not only to save us but also to cleanse and transform us. Our relationship with God must be built on complete surrender.

Philippians 2:3
The message encouraged us to value others above ourselves. True leadership requires humility and submission. No one can lead without people following them, therefore we must learn to serve, respect, and care for others.

Revelation 2:10
The church was reminded to remain faithful and to forgive others. Just as Jesus prayed, “Father, forgive them, for they do not know what they are doing,” we must reach a place where we pray for others as much as we pray for ourselves.

Mr Mokgara also encouraged us to seek the spirit of discernment and understand that everything God gives us should contribute to the advancement of His Kingdom. Our gifts, talents, and resources must be used to glorify Christ.

John 13:5-6 | John 17:17 | John 10:10
The Word of God was described as rain that never returns without watering the land. When we allow God’s Word to transform us, our lives become better through Jesus Christ.

Youth Service Recap | Brother Mojalefa
Topic: Trusting in the Lord
Scriptures: John 15:16 | Matthew 6:33 | Isaiah 60:1-22
The youth were blessed with a powerful message from Brother Mojalefa on the importance of trusting in the Lord. Through the Word of God, we were reminded that trusting God requires us to position ourselves where He can work in our lives.

The message encouraged us that our season of waiting is coming to an end and that God is preparing us for a new season filled with His favor, opportunities, grace, peace, love, and joy.
Brother Mojalefa reminded us that God is our shield in every situation and that we must always ask ourselves: “Where have I positioned myself?” When we align ourselves with God, He releases His provision and opens doors that no one can close.

We were encouraged to change the way we speak about our lives and to speak words of faith, hope, and positivity. God’s blessings can reach us from places we never expected, and those who once looked down on us will witness what God is doing in our lives.

The Word reminded us that we are only passing through this world, therefore we should not adopt the language of the world but continue to trust in God’s promises. God does not need to come down from heaven to bless us; He has already equipped and positioned us for His purpose.
Most importantly, the blessing will not end with us. God is preparing a legacy through us, and future generations will rise and continue what He has started.

May we continue to seek first the Kingdom of God and trust in the Lord, knowing that He is faithful.

Sunday Service Recap | Reverend Loate
Topic: Be Faithful Unto Death
Scripture: Revelation 2:10
Reverend Loate reminded us that God calls us to remain faithful until the end, but we cannot do it by our own strength. We need the help of the Holy Spirit.

Through John 14:16-17 and John 16:7, we were reminded of the importance of the Holy Spirit in our daily walk with God. We need to invite the Holy Spirit into every area of our lives and allow Him to guide, strengthen, and lead us.

We were encouraged to clothe ourselves with the Holy Spirit, surrender our choices to Him, and trust His direction. When we desire things to go well, we must not rely only on our own understanding but allow the Holy Spirit to take His rightful place.

From Genesis 24:1-8, we learned the importance of walking in God’s will and allowing Him to lead our decisions. We must clothe ourselves with dignity, holiness, love, and purity as children of God.

A powerful reminder from the message: Faithfulness requires surrender, and surrender requires the help of the Holy Spirit.
