Make sure you are led by the spirit. Problems come when we are led by our emotions. If our emotions get out of control, it gets destructive. Our emotions are part of us but we have to live under the influence of the Holy Spirit, in order to have control over them. We need to walk in submission; under the influence of the Holy Spirit.
Rise above your emotions!
Rise above the betrayal!
Rise above the injustice!
Rise above the inequality!
Rise above the accusation!
Rise above the unfairness!

Yes, the power of prayer is embedded in this, that when we pray God hears, He listens and He responds!
