My dear friends in Christ, stand firm in the faith. It is faith in Jesus Christ alone that brings salvation. Hold fast to Him, no matter what this world may say.

Sadly, this is what is missing in some churches today, a steadfast faith in Christ and Christ alone.

How does a Christian increase his or her faith? By building a personal relationship with the Father through His Son, Jesus Christ. Intimacy with God helps us silence the voices of this world and tune our hearts to His voice.

As we study His Word, we come to know His character, His promises, and His will for our lives. When the storms of life come, and they will, we can stand firmly on the truth of Scripture. Without a deep knowledge of God's Word, we miss the very foundation that strengthens our faith and enables us to endure.

Faith in God is powerful. It has the ability to move mountains and gives us the confidence that no matter what we face, God will see us through.

Life teaches us that faith is an essential part of every Christian's growth. It is strengthened through trials, anchored in God's promises, and sustained by His faithfulness. As Scripture reminds us, "Without faith it is impossible to please God." (Hebrews 11:6)

Faith is one of life's greatest treasures. It is forged in hardship, refined through tears, and strengthened by every trial we overcome. It is through these moments that we come to know God more deeply and build an unshakable foundation of trust in Him.

Because faith is so precious, it must be guarded, nurtured, and protected. What God has built in your heart through life's battles is worth preserving at all costs.

As you head down your path, it might seem impossible and painful at times. And in the mist of these trying moments, you might look for understanding. But understanding is not the needed. The Bible says, “But the path of the just is as the shining light that shineth more and more unto the perfect day” (Proverbs 4:18).

One day you will stand in the full light of eternity and view the big picture. You will see God’s purpose behind the path He specifically chose just for you.

In the meantime, do what Proverbs 3: 5-6 says, and that is to, “Trust in the LORD with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways acknowledge Him, and He shall direct thy paths”.

Just be patient, God knows what He’s doing. God knows what is best for you. He can see the end result, and you cannot! All those problems, heartaches, difficulties and delays, all the things that make you ask “why” will one day be clear in the light of God’s love. But for now, keep on leaning and trusting in the Lord!
