YOU CAN SIT WITH ME!!!!

You got hammered at the bar on Saturday but came to church on Sunday…. You can sit with me. You’re right where you need to be.

You’re a drug addict but came to church on Sunday…. You can sit with me. You’re right where you need to be.

You’re divorced, and the last church you attended condemned you for it…. You can sit with me. You’re right where you need to be.

You’ve had an abortion and it’s slowly eating away at your heart, but you came to church on Sunday…. You can sit with me. You’re right where you need to be.

You’ve been unfaithful to your spouse but came to church on Sunday…. You can sit with me. You’re right where you need to be.

Here’s the thing, people don’t come to church on Sunday for you to sit in the pew and quietly judge them because you feel that you’re somehow better than them.

People come to church because in their deepest, darkest, most painful moments, they heard about a man named Jesus who could save their soul and they’d like to know Him.

Mark 2:17.... On hearing this, Jesus said to them, “It is not the healthy who need a doctor, but the sick. I have not come to call the righteous...

Jesus will give you peace and rest and change your life!!

Loving like Jesus isn’t always soft.
It’s not always easy.

We often think Christ-like love looks like kindness, patience, and selflessness—and it does.
But it also looks like choosing grace when it hurts.

It looks like praying for people who hurt you.
Choosing not to become what broke you.
And surrendering your pain to God instead of letting it harden your heart.

Because real, God-centered love is not based on how others treat you—
it’s rooted in who He is within you.

And sometimes, the most powerful kind of love
is the one that costs you something…
but still chooses grace anyway.

And maybe this is where new things begin—
not in perfect understanding,
but in full surrender.

Ek sien dit as klaar gedoen.”

Daardie deur was nie ’n grens nie.
Dit was ’n verklaring.
’n Profetiese gebaar.

Ek sien dit as klaar gedoen."

“Here, ek glo U.”

When Life Breaks You, Worship Builds You

Job's story is one we can all feel in some way. He lost his family, his health, and his possessions, everything that gave him comfort. Yet, instead of cursing God, Job fell to the ground and worshiped. That wasn't easy. That wasn't natural. But it was faith. He said, "The Lord gave and the Lord has taken away; blessed be the name of the Lord" (Job 1:20-21).

This reminds us that worship is not about pretending everything is fine, it's about declaring that God is still good even when life hurts. It's choosing to lift your hands through tears, to sing when your voice shakes, to pray even when you feel empty.

We all face seasons of loss, heartbreak, and unanswered questions. Maybe it's grief, maybe it's stress, maybe it's disappointment. But in those moments, worship becomes the most powerful weapon. Why? Because worship shifts your eyes from what you've lost to the One you can never lose. And when you do that, chains start to break. Chains of despair, fear, and hopelessness.

Worship doesn't always change your situation instantly, but it changes you in the situation. It fills your heart with peace, strength, and hope that can only come from God.

So, like Job, when the weight of life feels too heavy, let your worship be your declaration: "God, You are still worthy. I may not understand this pain, but trust You in it."
