- It is the Lord Who can hold you up and keep you from falling.
- God is actively involved in the lives of His children.
- He does not want to see you stumble or fall.
- He can hold you and keep you no matter how you are feeling.

PRAYER: Lord, thank You that You are able to keep me and hold me steady. When I feel weak or uncertain, remind me that I am safe in Your hands. Help me to trust in Your strength and in Your faithful care. Amen.

- The Lord knows exactly what you are facing and what lies ahead.
- His desire is that your faith stays strong, even in difficult seasons.
- When you feel disturbed, remember, He will strengthen you.
- Hold on to your faith, because the Lord is holding on to you.

PRAYER: Lord, thank You that You know me and care for me. Strengthen my faith and help me to keep my confidence in You, no matter what I face. Hold me steady and help me to trust You completely. Amen.

- Rest in Him and have confidence in His ability to restore.

PRAYER: Lord, I turn to You and find my rest in You. Still my heart, strengthen my faith, and help me to trust in Your power to restore and renew my life. Amen.
