POWER TO BE TRUSTED

Acts 11:24
(GNB) Barnabas was a good man, full of the Holy Spirit and faith, and many people were brought to the Lord.
Acts 11:30
(GNB) They did this, then, and sent the money to the church elders by Barnabas and Saul.

Dominion need believers who are fully filled of the Holy Spirit and faith. The Holy Spirit give us faith to win souls to Jesus Christ. Being filled with the Holy and faith give us access to manage money wisely and to be trusted with money. The church ⛪️ trusted Barnabas and Saul(Apostle Paul) with their money because these two saints of God were filled with the Holy Spirit and faith.
The power to be trusted in church is to be fully filled with the Holy Spirit and faith. You even dominate in finances when you are fully filled with the Holy Spirit and faith.

DOMINION THROUGH RIGHTEOUSNESS BY THE HOLY SPIRIT

Isaiah 54:17
(NKJV) No weapon formed against you shall prosper, And every tongue which rises against you in judgment You shall condemn. This is the heritage of the servants of the Lord, And their righteousness is from Me,” Says the Lord.

It is by the Holy Spirit that give us power to exercise righteousness(right standing with God). By the Holy Spirit we are able to remain in Christ and Christ in us, this is right standing with God. It is the Holy Spirit that give us power to commit our ways to the Lord, and to trust in Him so that God may bring fourth our righteousness by the Holy Spirit (Psalm 37: 5-6).
So, let us allow the Holy Spirit to direct our steps. Let us respond to His voice when He speaks the word. With the Holy Spirit, no weapons formed against us shall prosper 🙏. By His wisdom, we condemn every tongue rises against us in judgment. They will try to judge us but they won't succeed.

DOMINATING BY THE HOLY SPIRIT IS HAVING THE SECRETS OF GOD

John 16:13
(GNB) When, however, the Spirit comes, who reveals the truth about God, he will lead you into all the truth. He will not speak on his own authority, but he will speak of what he hears, and will tell you of things to come.

The Holy Spirit reveals who God is, He reveals by God's word. The Holy Spirit revealed to Peter who is Jesus. He give us revelations in dreams, visions and by trance. He give us revelations when we study or read God's word, and when we pay attention of what He is saying. He speaks to us what He hears from the Son of God because the Son of God hears from the Father. Everything the Holy Spirit reveals to us or speak to us, it aligns with God's word because He glorify God's word. Having the Holy Spirit is knowing the secrets of God and knowing who God is.

DOMINION BY THE WORD THROUGH THE HOLY SPIRIT

John 15:15
(NKJV) No longer do I call you servants, for a servant does not know what his master is doing; but I have called you friends, for all things that I heard from My Father I have made known to you.

God's word is to make known(give us knowledge) to us that come from the Father, and the Holy Spirit is to remind us of what the word has told us. Without the Holy Spirit we can't remember God's word. Having the word without having the Holy Spirit is like a bird without wings, it move but cannot fly. The Holy Spirit give us ability to remember. When we pray, the Holy Spirit take over by giving us ability to remember Scriptures in time of prayer, praying by Scriptures. When we read God's word, the Holy Spirit take over by giving us revelations( revelation knowledge, visions, dreams, trance, and prophecies). When we preach, the Holy take over by performing miracles, signs, and wonders.

Exodus 33:14
(AMP) And the Lord said, My Presence shall go with you, and I will give you rest.

Rest is peace and peace is victory. This is a result of dominion. When the presence of God is with us, it give us peace. We cannot exercise dominion without God's presence that give us peace.
