The ministry takes its name and mission from Isaiah 61 which emphasizes the caring and restoration of people. OUR MISSION:
Isaiah 61 Ministries mission is based on Isaiah 61:1-3, “The Spirit of the Lord God is upon Me because the Lord has anointed Me to preach good tidings to the poor. To proclaim liberty to the captives and the opening of the prison to those who are bound. To proclaim the accept

able year of the Lord, to comfort all who mourn to give them beauty for ashes. The oil of joy for mourning, the garment of praise for the spirit of heaviness, that they might be called trees of righteousness, the planting of the Lord that he might be glorified.”

OUR VISION:
Matthew 25:34-40 is our vision to be the hands and feet of our Lord Jesus Christ and to be obedient to His servanthood example of feeding the hungry, clothing the naked, quenching the thirst of the thirsty, showing hospitality to the homeless, visiting those in prison and being the helping hands to those in need.
