GOD USES ORDINARY PEOPLE FOR EXTRAORDINARY THINGS
[Exodus 3:20-22, Exodus 4:1-2]
-----------------------------------------------------------------------

Israel was suffering in Egypt, but they had the promise of God. So, even though they were slaves, yet they multiplied to the point a decree was given to kill all the male born.
You can still have the promise of God and be stranded or enslaved. Israel didn't know the way out but they cried to God. And they answer to their prayer was God saving and sending Moses.

Whenever God is about to fulfill his divine purpose, he sends men. God didn't descend, He sent a man. The key to your life is given to a man. Moses was sent to deliver them from their slavery in Egypt. He flee from Egypt, but where he went was where he met God, and he was changed, transfered and empowered for that mission.

It was in the desert where Moses encountered God. He didn't know who he was until he met God at the burning bush. Until you encounter God His plans for your life will forever be hidden to you. Like Moses, you will understand your destiny only when you meet the Almighty.

God asked Moses what he had in his hand, which was a staff, an ordinary staff. It was not about what Moses held, it was a question of revelation. He wanted to know if Moses understood Him.

[Deuteronomy 29:9]
When talking about revelation, it's about unveiling or discovering the secret of God. Because as long as it's a secret, it's a mystery.
What you see as ordinary for you is extraordinary for God. He uses ordinary people to do extraordinary things.
God doesn't want you to start with something big, start with what you have. And if you have the revelation, the little thing you have will become extraordinary.
Like the 2 fishes and 5 loaves of bread, Jesus thanked God and they multiplied. God doesn't need anything, he wants you to be small and have the revelation. And whatever you have He will increase it and make it extraordinary.

Preached by Prophet Minister Edgar Adams
SEEKING GOD
Romans 10:13, Jeremiah 33:3, Psalms 145:18, Hebrews 11:6, 1 Samuel 2:1-11, Psalm 18:, Psalm 46:1, 51, 2 Chronicles 20, Mark 10:46-52
-----------------------------------------------------------------------

Those who seek the Lord, find him. God requires you to call upon him so he can answer you and show you great things. The word of God is an invitation to come before the throne of God.
You can't have the answer or the promise if you don't call first.
Don't do your own things and when it's not working, then you go to God. Call first before disaster happens. If you're obedient the blessing will come.

Don't fall into disaster and go to God for help that. Find out the will of God first, and live in it so that His goodness and mercy will follow you. Find the purpose of God in your life, don't live an empty and frustrated life that comes with living according to your purpose.

1 Samuel 2:1-11
Anna was barren and went to the temple regularly to call upon God. Sometimes, like Anna, you have to pour out your heart before God to get what belongs to you. Get into a place where you call upon God to get things right in your life.

Psalm 18
David was being pursued by Saul and he called upon the Lord, asking for protection, and God delivered from his enemy. You must get to a point where you call upon God to give you victory over the things you're struggling with.
Later on, David sinned, Nathan prophesied and the king repented. Sometimes your breakthrough is in your repentance, making your life right with God.

2 Chronicles 20
King Jehoshaphat was scared because of the great army that came against them, but he humbled himself before the Lord and called upon Him through fasting.
Sometimes you must go deeper and humble yourself so God can hear your voice.

Mark 10:22
Bartimaeus called upon Jesus to heal him, but people told him to be quiet. Yet he called upon Jesus even louder. You too, like the blind man, do not let the devil or people talk you out of following and calling upon God, your breakthrough is near.
You cannot have your breakthrough while holding onto your past, that's why the blind man threw away his beggar's coat. There things you have to let go of before God visits you. Get rid of anything that is keeping you from seeing the glory of God.

Isaiah 61:1-10
You are the light of the word, God put you in this life to represent Him. But there are things that hinder you so that you don't fulfill that mission. But one way to fulfill that mission is to be unapologetic about the gospel by telling others about your testimony. Be bold and loud for Jesus.
You must as a believer work out your own salvation with fear and trembling.

The change you need, the change you're looking for must come from your heart, it cannot be forced on you. You are responsible for the outcome of your life. Do not let pride stand in the way of your change.

Grace is the power for you not to sin, and sin starts with lies and deception. Mercy is what Jesus has done to redeem your from your sins and give you a new beginning. He made you a new creation and it's no longer you but Christ living in you.

God want you to be free from this world, including its worries. People must see the peace of God in you, they must notice that there is something different about you. And that happens when you have renewed your mind to the word of God. The old you must die.

As a believer ask yourself, how's your attitude, you behavior and your life different from the world around you?

Sunday's Sermon
Preached by Minister Christian Mayamba
LOOKING UNTO JESUS [Hebrews 12:1-2, Jeremiah 17:5-6]
-----------------------------------------------------------------------
There's a cloud of witnesses looking at you running the race of life. All the great men and women of God, the heroes of faith, are watching you. There's a crown of glory waiting for you and the way to run your race successfully till the end is to fix your eyes upon Jesus only.

Looking unto Jesus means looking away for everything else or anyone else for help.

Three things you have to look away from:

1. Look away from your skills (1 Corinthians 26-29)
God delights in calling the unqualified and qualifying them. If your skills and abilities could usher you into your destiny, then you wouldn't need God.
There's nowhere God is taking you that requires your skills, otherwise the glory won't be His. So, look away from what you know or don't, which degree you have or don't. Only looking unto Jesus will take you there.

2. Look away from people (Jeremiah 17:5-6, Isaiah 31:1, 3)
Every time you look at a human being, either yourself, parents, or children, etc., for help you cut yourself away from the help of God. That's why most of us don't see any miracles anymore, because by looking unto men we cut ourselves from the supernatural hand of God. Intead, at all times and in all circumstances, look unto Jesus.

3. Look away from circumstances (Psalm 37:19)
Evil times will come upon the earth, like there have always been, and you're in this world, of course, but you're not of this world. There's a supernatural help for you if you fix your eyes on Jesus only.
Circumstances are temporary, but God is eternal. So, keep on looking unto Jesus.

DIVINE ASSIGNMENT [1 Corinthians 9:23-26]
-----------------------------------------------------------------------

A crown is something that is given to someone who deserves, qualifies, who has achieved something. And that crown is obtained through a divine assignment.
God has called and chosen you for an assignment. It's a duty, a responsibility given to you so that you can fulfill it and at the end, give a report.
A divine assignment, therefore, is the divine purpose of God for you here on earth.

You are a missinary. You are on a mission.
As a missionary you must accept to lose, sacrifice what needs to be lost so you can fulfill your mission and win the commendation of God.
You must understand that you were born to fulfill the mission of God here on earth.
Don't run after material things, may that not be your motivation to serve God. Otherwise, you're still far from God. Your motivation should be to mature in the understanding of your assignment here on earth.

Divine assignment means having a mission to fulfill here on earth. You have an assignment to bring salvation to your family, neighborhood, country, and the nations of the world.
Do not run from your divine assignment, like Jonas. You're a missionary. And as a missionary you must carry the burden of the kingdom, the passion to preach Christ. God is counting on you, don't disappoint Him.

Three things to refuse:

1. Refuse to die without fulfilling God's mission
2. Refuse to die without discovering your calling
3. Refuse to be useless in life and the

Types of missions:

• People's mission (Genesis 11:4-8)
It comes with the wrong target, motivated by the flesh and is limited. The tower of Babel was not wrong to build but they're motivation was wrong. And the mission couldn't go forward, it was destroyed.

• The devil's mission (Daniel 3:6)
This mission wants to destroy your life and deviate you from the will of God. The King's command was to destroy Daniel and take him out of the purpose of God.

• The Divine mission (Matthew 28:19-20)
The bible told you to go and make disciples of all nations.
The mission of God connects you to Him and makes you active in the kingdom.

Effectivities of a divine mission:

1. It produces spiritual boldness (Acts 14:3, 19:8)
You must speak boldly about the matters of the kingdom.

2. It produces true submission (James 4:7)
In order to resist the devil, you must submit to God, and do so in truth.
There's submission to God, to the law of the land, marital submission, and to your leader.
The servant of the Roman Centurion was healed because of his submission, which pushed his master to go seeking for Jesus on his behalf.

3. It produces sincere accountability (Matthew 25:14-30, Hebrew 13:17)
It allows you to grow and remain productive in the kingdom. It's a discipline and alignment for a believer.

DEFINITION OF GRACE AND ITS MANIFESTATIONS [2 Corinthians 9:8, Titus 2:11-12]
-----------------------------------------------------------------------

The grace of God brings us into divine life. You are saved, redeemed and justified by that grace. It plays a great role in your life.
The grace represents unmerited favour, something that you didn't deserve or pay the price for. You're not special more than those who died yesterday or those who are in hospital beds, it's nothing but God's grace.

Grace is a person, Jesus Christ. The bible defines Him as the father of grace. And if that grace is in you, you have the hope of glory. You will not remain the same.
The grace of God will break any evil law and any limitations that were established on your life.
It has no borders and no limitations, it will swallow any plan of evil against your life. Grace will make you sit with great peole and eat at the same table.

Four manifestations of divine grace:

1. It overpowers sin (Romans 5:20-21)
Grace gives you dominion over sin. It will make you strong where you were weak. Don't let your sin become a scandal but let the grace of God help you overpower than sin.
Grace will set you free from any bo***ge of sin

2. It is sufficient (2 Corinthians 12:9-10)
Paul experienced the grace of God. It was sufficient for him.
Divine grace shows and reveals the sufficiency of God's power in your life.
• The grace and the father are two things in the Bible that can satisfy you.

3. It manifests in the fullness of God (John 1:16-17)
The fullness is the grace of God driving you there, meaning if you're incomplete, God will make you complete.
You have received grace upon grace, meaning you will see God's favour today, tomorrow, and forever.
Peter worked the whole night without result, but he met the grace of God as Jesus, it terminated his frustration and lack. Where you're stack or limited, the grace of God will push you forward.

4. It works for your favour (1 Corinthians 15:10)
Change your perspective. When you walk, drive, sleep, wake up and work, it's no you but the grace of God in you. Your strength is not yours, but His grace in you. It will introduce your name in places you were never meant to be in.

Sunday's Sermon
Preached by Prophet Miracle Kabala
I AM A BIG BLESSING
[Genesis 47:1-12, Genesis 12:1-3]
-----------------------------------------------------------------------

You are the descendant and the seed of Abraham. You are coheir with Christ and a heir of God. Any blessings attached to Abraham is your.
So, you're not just blessed, but you're a blessing. And you need to reach that level of being a blessing to others. You must enter a dimension of becoming a big blessing.

Joseph occupied a good position in Egypt. And him being a type of Christ, called his family out the famine that was raging in Canaaan.
Be a blessing, not just financially, even in advising and directing people in the way of God. Be a solution provider to others.
As a blessing, you also have your own challenges but you're able to overcome them and assist others.

Four manifestations of a blessing:

1. It manifests by a positive impact
There's negative and positive impacts. Do not let people regret meeting you by impacting them negatively. As a true blessing, always leave a positive impact in the life of others.

2. It draws people closer to God (Job 1:5, 19:25)
A true blessing is a blessing that will connect you to the throne, every time in prayer and worship. Do not let material blessings separate you from God, remain attached to Him.

3. It brings joy, happiness, delight, and bliss (Proverbs 10:22)
As a blessing, when you get somewhere, no matter the challenges they're facing, you must always bring joy. Do not become proud and competing with people, making them feel inferior. True blessing from God will make you humble.

4. It produces good fruits (Matthew 7:17-20)
As a true blessing, you must produce something. Abraham, your father, produced kings. You must produce great things.
