BEHIND EVERY STRONG PASTOR IS A BLEEDING BACK.
The member has one arrow.
The pastor has many.
Yet the pastor is still standing. Still smiling. Still teaching. Still reaching out.
Leadership is not a title. It is sacrifice.
Many people see the pulpit… Few see the warfare.
Many hear the message… Few understand the battles behind the message.
Pastors fight battles they can’t always explain.
They absorb criticism they can’t always respond to.
They carry burdens they can’t always share.
And yet… they still show up.
Pray for your pastor.
Encourage your pastor.
Don’t be another arrow in their back.
Because sometimes the shepherd is bleeding while feeding you.
