Choose trusting in God, not worry.

‘Worry does not empty tomorrow of its sorrow. It empties today of its strength No one goes through life without facing problems, battles and causes for worry.

David faced many difficulties, yet he chose to trust in God. He wrote in Psalm 55 that
"Give your burdens to the Lord , and he will take care of you. He will not permit the godly to slip and fall." Who are you placing your trust in?

Knowing God is a state of being that is not an easy trail to making numerous loud confessions about what you want Him to do for you always!! It's a two way relationship based on trust, reliability and faithfulness. Can God find these in you?

Moses’ life also teaches us the lesson that there are certain sins that will continue to haunt us throughout our lives. The same hot temper that got Moses into trouble in Egypt also got him into trouble during the wilderness wanderings. In the aforementioned incident at Meribah, Moses struck the rock in anger in order to provide water for the people. However, he didn’t give God the glory, nor did he follow God’s precise commands. Because of this, God forbade him from entering the Promised Land. In a similar manner, we all succumb to certain besetting sins which plague us all our days, sins that require us to be on constant alert.

David knew against against all odds that he was a hero. But what made him that was the mere fact that he consulted God in everything he did. He wouldn't make a move without consulting God and was truly repentant whenever he erred and went ahead without God's leadership. He truly submitted his will under the Will of God. A man after God's heart!!!

It's very important to reflect on ourselves in line with what God says...
1 Samuel 15:22-23
Disobedience is aligned with witchcraft and stubbornness with idolatry.
These are character traits that we display against His Word daily and blindly elevate our vanity. Grace is not a get-out-of-jail-free card to manipulate His Word. His Word remains the same and He changes not!

About purpose:
One does not find their purpose, but discover it through the Creator.
It is Him who has the purpose for each and every one of us. So, my purpose is, God's purpose for my life for He is the manufacturer of the product!
He alone knows my purpose and I must discover it in Him_being our source!

A matter of Faith!

Faith comes by hearing and hearing the word of God!
And Faith without works is dead!

With little Faith, one can be subdued to submission by the devil. This is as a result of insufficient knowledge of the Word of God! Study more, hear more And your faith will increase.
The strength of your faith will be revealed when faced with challenges...and these will definitely come!!
