OFFICIAL CLARIFICATION‼️‼️
AFM Tabernacle of Prayer Assembly would like to clarify the confusion caused by a video currently circulating on social media.
A group of Zimbabwean nationals who are being transported back to Zimbabwe were temporarily sheltered at our church premises. Our role as a church was simply to provide shelter, care and support while the relevant authorities attended to the matter.
The Department of Home Affairs and the police were present to carry out their normal duties. This was not a raid on the church.
Our conference continues as scheduled, and we kindly ask the public to avoid spreading unverified information.
