1.Propaganda
((the manipulation of the governed population.
In order to change there perception and attitude of certain "topics", enabling the government to accomplish goals that would otherwise not be accomplishable before the implimentation of propaganda (phycological-restructuring through idealogical-deception))
2.Propaganda ((Deceiving the governed population by means of repetitive recalibratial imagery & Information, where it is of use against the victimised population))
** You can only be speciesist not racist **
•There is no rational reason for the words niger & cafer in calling the African people by those words negatively.
There is no relevance for the "ill'significance" of the words and no logical reasons for there existence either. The damaging phsycological impact of there negative "culturaly'indicative" use, historicaly until present-day, must be considered and remedied - and furthermore if negative (evil)"idealogical" significance is apparent then it was & is identificialy intended, completely malicious, useless, typical and unique,, unique in ways that only implicate the led-organisations guilt of the worst crime & thus crimes against humanity. The ill-desire of evil organisations will determine the ill'preferred outcome or result to apply accommodatial evils for wrongteous-organisations incharge.
The words used to name the North-Western African people as "niger" and the Southern African people as "cafer" has only ever been "propaganda", by this "doctrine" the leading organisation effects there population to where permission & acceptance is obtained, to where generally there population would have that they(the_leadership) are denied or judged accordingly.
Attitude and treatment of the population by there leadership cultivates the acceptance of crimes against humanity, is thus enabling these crimes to be carried-out unchallenged.
This era was of the most inhumane treatments of fellow people thus far.
