Because of Your Prayers...
At Jewish Voice Ministries, we are always coming or going or both! The first of our 2016 medical outreaches is behind us, the second in Mberengwa, Zimbabwe is coming in April, and we have four more to follow later this year. Because of your prayers, we feel as if we take you with us everywhere we go. Here are some updates and requests to keep you in the loop.Everyone has arrived home safely from our Tach Gayint, Ethiopia medical outreach, and we have received word that the wonderful Bete Israel people that we went to serve are also safe and sound. Your prayers were powerful while we were there and, we are asking for continued prayers for new believers as they grow. Please pray for:• Those who received Yeshua to become strong in their faith and active in telling others the Good News.• Them to grow strong in the Word and in knowing and following Yeshua through the Ruach HaKodesh (Holy Spirit).• Protection for them and those who are guiding them in their new life in Yeshua and helping to develop their congregation.• The whole region to continue to recognize and be transformed by the goodness of God and the truth of His Good News. We also appreciate your prayers for our upcoming outreach in Mberengwa, Zimbabwe April 7-17 where we will be ministering to the Lemba, who clearly have ties to the ancient people of Israel, particularly the Levites. Over the last several years, many Lemba have come to Yeshua, and dozens of congregations have been established in Zimbabwe. Pray for us and the people we are going to minister to. Please pray for:• The medical credentials process for our outreach partners to go smoothly and be completed in time.• Prepared soil for the seeds of salvation to go deep and produce much fruit.• The Lemba to not only be saved, but reconnected with their priestly identity in the body of Messiah!• The Lord’s hand to be on today’s new Believers in order to raise them up into tomorrow’s leaders and disciple makers. Lord, we praise You for all You are doing as we minister around the world, and for how diligently You watch over our comings and goings. Thank You for our wonderful prayer partners who love You so much and are faithful to keep up with our travels, covering us and those we are reaching out to in prayer. We bless them in the Name of Yeshua with Psalm 121:8: “The LORD will watch over your coming and your going from this time forth and forevermore.” Amen

Moses would say "Lord if you don't go with us or before us we ain't going nowhere"

Abraham will say "The Lord will provide."

Jacob would say "I won't let go of you unless you bless me."

Joshua would say: "As for me and my house we will serve the Lord"

Samuel would say: "Speak Lord for thy servant is listening."

Nehemiah would say: The joy of the Lord is my strength"

David would say "The Lord is my shepherd I shall not want" and "this is the day that the Lord has made and I will rejoice and be glad in it."

Solomon would say "Trust in the Lord oh my soul and lean not on your own understanding, in all your ways acknowledge Him and He shall direct your path"

Isaiah would say "Arise and shine for your glory has come." And "No weapon fashioned against me shall prosper"

Jeremiah would say "The Lord has plans to prosper me and not to harm or fail me."

Jabez would say "Oh that you may bless me and extend my horizon."

Shadrach, Meshach and Abednego would say "We will not bow down to any image but will serve the Lord."

Ezekiel would say " Any dry bones in my life, live again."

Peter would say: "I will cast my cares upon the Lord for He cares."

Paul would say: "the Lord will supply all my needs and I can do all things through Christ."

Adopt your morning statement of faith and speak it and meditate on it daily.

PADKOS.

Thus saith the LORD: A voice is heard in Ramah, lamentation, and bitter weeping, Rachel weeping for her children; she refuseth to be comforted for her children, because they are not.

"David's Sling" Stop Hezbollah?

Dear annemarie, Most friends of Israel have heard of the tiny nation’s missile shield called the “Iron Dome.” It is the sophisticated defense against short-range missiles that was remarkably effective back in the summer of 2014 when terrorist cells in Gaza fired hundreds of rockets toward civilian areas in Israel. All but a few of the lethal projectiles were intercepted and destroyed before they could inflict casualties. The Iron Dome system likely saved thousands of lives, however, it is only designed to be effective against short-range missiles, like the ones fired from nearby Gaza. That’s why the Israeli Air Force took delivery this week of the first elements in a new system designed to provide another layer of protection for Israel’s citizens—this one defending against intermediate-range missiles such as those that might be fired from war-torn Syria. The name for this new system? “David’s Sling.”An Israeli Defense Force spokesman said, “David’s Sling will allow Israel to more effectively defend against the wide range of current and future threats to its civilians.”The name may be prophetically appropriate. In the days ahead Israel may be facing some giants as both Russia and Iran become more militarily entrenched in bordering Syria and supportive of the terrorist group Hezbollah in Lebanon at Israel’s northern border.Israel has already intercepted several shipments of advanced weapons and missile components headed for Hezbollah from Iran. These developments serve as stark reminders of why Israel must remain vigilant and assertive in defending herself. Even so, many in the media and at the highest levels of government continue to portray Israel as the primary obstacle to peace and harmony in the Middle East. That’s why the mission of Jewish Voice is more important than ever. With the help of friends like you, we’re using every communication medium available to speak the truth about Israel and encourage support.

2016: A Year of Deepening
Recently, Jonathan Bernis shared

what the Lord has put on his heart for 2016 with the Jewish Voice Ministries staff. He entitled his message to us,

“2016: A Year of Deepening” and led us through seven key areas in which he believes the Lord is calling us to go deeper during these chaotic times in the world.

At the top of the list was “Deepening Our Prayer.” We realize that nothing we do will have eternal impact without the grace of the Lord upon it, the grace and favor that only comes through prayer. Will you join with us as we seek to deepen our prayer?

Please pray for:

• A growing desire and capacity to hear from the Lord through His Word and His Spirit – the listening side of prayer.• Increased accuracy in hitting the mark through strategic prayer and intercession that moves mountains and obtains breakthrough before, during, and after each trip in each outreach location.• Discernment as to how, through prayer, to combat spiritual forces of darkness in each region using wisdom and proper spiritual protocol. We want to see salvations, healing, and deliverance!• Specific prayer strategies in each area: During our outreach to Tach Gayint, Ethiopia, a few weeks ago, our prayer room was closed down. That had never happened before! The people could no longer come in for prayer, so we took prayer to the people. As a result, a whole village heard the Good News and was saved!• Growth in numbers and fervency of our local onsite prayer partners who pray individually and also come together for weekly and monthly prayer groups at our headquarters. Lord, send us more of these dedicated intercessors!• Around-the-clock intercession for each of our outreaches. We know that the many hours of intercession by you, our faithful prayer partners, during our Tach Gayint outreach made an incredible, tangible difference. We really don’t know how we would have carried out such an intense outreach without your extensive spiritual covering through prayer.• The establishment of increased worship and intercession both at our ministry headquarters, and during our outreaches and festivals. This creates a spiritual beachhead in each area, shifting the atmosphere into a realm where faith increases and miracles happen as the Lord is sought and glorified. Would you like to help deepen prayer for our upcoming medical outreach in Mberengwa, Zimbabwe?

In a

Jerusalem Post interview about The Watchman, Erick Stakelbeck shared that the first show will "...open up in Jerusalem with a hard-hitting look at the recent wave of Palestinian terror and the institutional incitement to violence that is behind it. We'll then sit down for a great interview with Israel's Ambassador to the United States, Ron Dermer, to discuss those security threats and much more. Pastor Hagee will also join us to tell the story of his fascinating journey into pro - Israel activism and why he started CUFI. Finally, we'll head to Magdala, on the shores of the Sea of Galilee, for a look at how archaeologists are uncovering the remains of a first century Jewish fishing village featuring an ancient synagogue where Jesus may have taught.

😰A King had a male servant who, in all circumstances always said to him; My king, do not be discouraged because everything God does is perfect, no mistakes. One day, they went hunting and a wild animal attacked the king, the servant managed to kill the animal but couldn't prevent his majesty from losing a finger. Furious and without showing gratitude, the King said; if God was good, I would not have been attacked and lost one finger. The servant replied, 'despite all these things, I can only tell you that God is good and everything He does is perfect, He is never wrong'. Outraged by the response, the king ordered the arrest of his servant. While being taken to prison, he told the king again, God is Good & Perfect. Another day, the king left alone for another hunt and was captured by savages who use human beings for sacrifice. On the altar, the savages found out that the king didn't have one finger in place, he was released because he was considered not "complete" to be offered to the gods. On his return to the palace, he ordered the release of his servant and said; My friend, God was really good to me. I was almost killed but for lack of a single finger, I was let go. But I have a question; If God is so good, why did He allow me to put you in prison? His servant replied; My king, if I had not been put in prison, I would have gone with you, and would have been sacrificed, because I have no missing finger. Everything God does is perfect, He is never wrong. Often we complain about life, and the negative things that happen to us, forgetting that everything happens for a purpose. God knows why you are reading this message today, please bless someone with it by sharing it. God is good and perfect!!
