We teach kids to brush their teeth twice a day and floss every night. We also teach them not to curse, to lift others up, and to apologize when they say something mean. It seems like they're teaching us a few things too.

How can we apply this verse to our everyday lives?

Being patient, strong, and keeping faith in the Lord. Which are all hard things to do BUT when we continue to pray and ask God to help us, suddenly these things become easier and easier the more we pray and talk to God.
