*Service Time Change*

Our time change is coming up in just 2 weeks! Starting NEXT Sunday, September 13, our Sunday service times will be changing to 9:30 and 11AM. We're grateful for all God is doing and believe this change will help create more space for people to encounter Jesus and for our ministries to continue serving well.

We'd love for you to join us for a Church Picnic on Sunday, September 13 from 5-7 PM! As we enter this fall season, we can't wait to spend some time together in fellowship to celebrate all that God’s been doing in and through North Terrace.
We will provide hot dogs and drinks. If your last name begins with an A through M, please bring a side dish to share; if your last name begins with N through Z, please bring a dessert to share.

Coming up on September 11, we have the opportunity to live out our One More Family Strengthened value at a West M Football game. We are looking for volunteers to serve in the concession stand in shifts throughout the evening. Our service allows parents the opportunity to watch their children participate in football, band, and cheer that evening.

We have 2 shifts available: 5pm to the end of halftime (around 7:45PM) and 7pm through the end of the game (includes clean up). You can learn more and sign up at ntcoc.org/events.

We're excited to officially welcome Mark Beebe, Payton Norris, and Joe Allen in as our newest Elders. These three men have faithfully served our church for many years, and have completed the steps to become an Elder at North Terrace. We are thankful for their willingness to serve and for the ways God is already working through them.

On Sunday, September 13, our service times are changing to 9:30 and 11AM, and here's what that means for NT Students:

- We will now offer a middle school small group class in both Sunday morning services. Middle schoolers will begin the hour in service with their families, and will be dismissed to their small group room after worship.
- We will also be splitting our Middle School and High School Sunday evening programming. The time will remain at 6:30-8:00PM, but groups will split for separate, age appropriate programming.

Sheena Harper is stepping away from her role at North Terrace as our First Impressions Coordinator to follow God's calling on her life to pursue Recovery Ministry elsewhere. Sheena has been dedicated in her role at North Terrace for over a decade and we are grateful for every second of that. We are praying for Sheena and will do all we can to support and encourage her as she discovers God's plans for her in this new chapter. We are hosting a celebration for her after both services on Sunday, September 6, in the Fireside Room.

At the same time as Sheena steps away, Celebrate Recovery will also be transitioning their ministry to New Hope Full Gospel Church. Their first meeting at New Hope will be on Monday, September 14. We are grateful to have served as the launch point for the first two years of Celebrate Recovery and are praying that God continues to meet the needs of people with hurts, habits, and hang-ups through the life changing love and power of God. We will continue to encourage people seeking healing and hope, especially in regards to addictions, to participate in Celebrate Recovery.
