🌟 A HUGE THANK YOU TO PRAYING PELICANS! 🌟

We want to give a special shout-out to the amazing team from Praying Pelicans who spent the last few days serving alongside us at Trulight Ministries!

Their kindness, hard work, and servant hearts were such a blessing. They helped with cleaning projects around our ministry, assisted with unloading and organizing the truck yesterday, and jumped right in to help with today's food box giveaway.

Your willingness to serve made a real difference in the lives of the people we minister to every day. Thank you for showing the love of Jesus through your actions and for being such an encouragement to our staff, volunteers, and guests.

We are grateful for each and every one of you and pray God's richest blessings upon your team and your travels home.

🥫🚗 FREE FOOD BOX GIVEAWAY TODAY! 🚗🥫 no ID or anything needed just drive up, and We hand you the box. 

Trulight Ministries is hosting our Monthly Food Box Giveaway today, June 3, at:

📍 807 Putnam Ave, Zanesville, OH

⏰ Beginning at 9:00 AM and continuing until supplies run out.

This is a drive-through distribution. Simply enter from Harrison Street and drive down the side of our building. Our volunteers will place a food box in your vehicle.

No need to get out of your car!

Trulight Ministries is currently out of both men's and women's deodorant for those we serve through our Homeless Empowerment Center.

If you would be willing to donate deodorant, it would be a tremendous blessing to our guests who rely on us for basic hygiene needs.

🏗️✨ A Heartfelt Thank You to the J.W. & M.H. Straker Charitable Foundation! ✨🏗️

Trulight Ministries is incredibly grateful to the J.W. & M.H. Straker Charitable Foundation for awarding a generous grant to help us complete the upper floor of our Homeless Empowerment Center.

This investment will have a lasting impact on the lives of those we serve. The expanded space will allow us to add classrooms for life-skills training, workforce readiness, financial literacy, GED preparation, Bible studies, and other educational opportunities designed to help individuals move toward stability and self-sufficiency.

In addition, the funding will help us expand our laundry facilities. Currently, we have only one washer and dryer available for the many men and women who rely on our services. Anyone who has ever done laundry knows how quickly a single machine can become overwhelmed. Adding more washers and dryers will allow us to better serve our guests, helping them maintain clean clothing as they seek employment, attend appointments, and rebuild their lives.

Every day, we witness firsthand how access to basic necessities—clean clothes, showers, education, encouragement, and hope—can change a person's future.
