Sunday Funday! What an amazing time at worship today! It was a sisters day reading scripture at all 3 services and they all did great! Pastor Daniel prayed for the students, teachers, and staff for the upcoming school year during the blessing of the backpacks. Each child received some goodies to use their first day to remind them Faith Community Methodist Church loves them. Ms. Tasha shared S'more about Jesus during Children's Church letting the kids make their own S'mores to eat and teaching them how they are like a S'more. We played some games, made a craft, and even had time to blow bubbles. The littles were having such a great time making new friends no one had a chance to take pictures. Our newest church member Baby Kyle joined us in worship today. What a precious gift from God. Hope everyone has a great first day of school tomorrow! Send us your first day pictures to share.

Happy Saturday! School starts Monday and Faith Community Methodist Church wants you to start the year off right. Bring those backpacks to church tomorrow at any one of the 3 services so we can surround you in prayer for the year ahead. We have some goodies to give you too. Ms. Tasha wants you to stop by Children's children to have S'more fun.

McKinley went on a road trip to visit her 93 year old great great grandma. She shared Jesus with her. What a special day for them. Where have you taken Jesus this Summer?

Last Chance!! Tomorrow, Wednesday, August 19 is our Laat Popsicles in the Park for Summer. Join us at Smith Creek Park at 4:30 and bring some friends. We can't wait to see you!

It's August Superhero time! Today we celebrate Avery Ledermann! She started helping this past year with our Wednesday night Kids Club. Avery jumped right in and has created such a bond with the little ones. One thing she didn't share is she can really fly! Thank you for serving with us Avery!

Sunday Funday! Another glorious day at church. Ms. Betsy continued our lessons of Go Together teaching us about Paul and Peter. We learned how friends that are honest with you are true friends. We made some friendship trail mix to share. We had no littles today.
Be sure to bring your backpacks next Sunday for our blessing of the backpacks. You will receive some special items to help start the week off. Ms. Tasha has an awesome lesson for you. You 'Smore' don't want to miss it.

Welcome to the world baby Kyle Hezekiah Eplee! Arriving on August 14th at 10:06 am. Weighing 8lbs 1oz, 20.5 inches. Congratulations Ms. Summer, Pastor Daniel and Big sisters Arabella, Emily and Hannah. He is a precious gift from God.

Sunday Funday! What a beautiful day to worship at FCMC. Ms. Betsy taught us about Elijah and Elisha during Children's Church. They learned about friends sticking together. The littles learned about friends and sharing.
