God Is Meeting Children in Their Hardest Moments

We are never safe out of the will of God.
This psalm is David’s personal testimony of what God did for him.
God will teach.
David wanted the next generation to know the Lord and trust Him.
He gave some wise counsel about how to have “good days”.
And he urged them to call on the Lord in the time of trouble.
God’s eyes see your needs.
God’s ears hear your prayers.
And God is near you when your heart is broken.

Psalm 34:11-22
11Children, come and listen to me!
I will teach you how to respect the Lord.
12 Do you want to live a good life?
Do you want your life to be long and happy?
13 If so, do not speak any evil words.
Do not tell lies to deceive people.
14 Do good things instead of evil things.
Try to bring peace into people's lives.
15 The Lord watches over righteous people.
He hears them when they call to him for help.
16 But the Lord turns against people who do evil things.
He causes everybody to forget that they ever lived.
17 The Lord hears his righteous people
when they call for help.
He saves them from all their troubles.
18 When people are upset,
the Lord is near to them.
He saves those who feel very weak and upset.
19 Righteous people may often have troubles,
but the Lord saves them from every danger.
20 The Lord keeps them safe.
Not even one of their bones is broken!
21 Evil things will return to kill wicked people.
Whoever hates God's own people
will receive punishment.
22 The Lord saves the lives of his servants.
Everyone who trusts the Lord to keep them safe
will not receive punishment as a guilty person.

God Sees All

The Lord is powerful.
Our lives also become rocky and dry.
When we rebel against the Lord.
Things begin to erode.
That which was once productive becomes barren.

Amos 9:1-10
1Then I saw a vision of the Lord. He was standing beside the altar in the temple. The Lord said, ‘Hit the tops of the pillars so that the whole foundation shakes! Cause the building to fall on the heads of all the people. If anyone is still alive after that, I will cause them to die in battle. Nobody will escape!
2 They might try to dig deep into the earth to save themselves. But my strong hand will pull them out of there. They might climb up into the sky. But I will pull them down from there.
3 They might try to hide on the top of Mount Carmel. But I will find them and I will take them from there. They might try to hide from me deep down in the sea. But I will command the great sea snake to bite them.
4 Even when their enemies take them away as prisoners, I will cause them to die in battle. I have decided to destroy them. I will not help them.
5 The Lord God Almighty will do this! When he touches the earth, it shakes. Everyone who lives there weeps. The ground rises up, like the water of the Nile river in Egypt. Then it goes down again, like the river.
6 The Lord builds his palace up into heaven, with its foundation on the earth. He takes up the water from the sea, and he pours it out on the earth as rain. The Lord is his name.
7 The Lord says, ‘You Israelite people, do not think that you are more important to me than the people of Ethiopia. It is true that I led you safely out of Egypt. But I also brought the Philistines from Crete. And I brought the Aramean people from Kir.
8 I, the Lord God, am carefully watching you Israelites. I see that you are a wicked nation, so I will remove you from the earth. But I will not completely destroy all the descendants of Jacob.’ That is what the Lord says.
9 ‘Listen to me! I will cause trouble to come to Israel's family, as they live among other nations. It will be like a person who shakes a sieve to remove dirt from grain.
10 Those among my people who do bad things will die. They say, “God will not send trouble to us. Nothing bad will happen to us.” But their enemies will kill those bad people in war.’

Knowing the Word of God and obeying it will bring joy to Your Heart.

The kind of joy you would have if you found a Buried Treasure.
Or inherited a Fortune.
If material Wealth is Your Goal.
God’s Word will not be a Joy to You.
But if you love The Word more than Money.
You will have eternal Spiritual Treasures.
Along With Joy.
You will experience Love...Peace...and Hope...Treasures.
Money Cannot Buy.

Psalm 119:161-168
161Rulers want to hurt me for no good reason.
But it is your message that I respect with fear.
162 Your teaching makes me very happy.
I am like someone who has found great riches.
163 I hate all kinds of lies,
but I love your Law.
164 I praise you seven times each day,
because of your righteous rules.
165 People who love your Law have peace in their minds.
Nothing will cause them to fall down.
166 Lord, I trust you to save me,
as I obey your commands.
167 I will continue to obey your rules,
because I love them so much.
168 I obey your commands and your teaching,
because you know everything that I do.

As you abide in Christ, you experience His love and care.

1 John 5:9-12
9 We believe people who tell us about things that they know. So we can believe even more what God says. He has told us what is true about his Son. So we should believe his message.
10 Anyone who believes in Jesus, the Son of God, will know that what God says is true. But anyone who does not believe God is saying that God tells lies. He does not believe the message that God has told us clearly about his Son.
11 This is what God has told us: God has given us life with him that never ends. We receive this life when we believe in his Son, Jesus.
12 So whoever belongs to the Son has this true life. But anyone who does not belong to the Son of God does not have this true life.

You are also born to talk to Your Father.
In prayer and receive from Him what you need.
When you are born of God.
You are born secure.
And the evil one cannot harm you.

Awesome God

The God of past victories would not forsake them.
As they trusted Him and obeyed His will.
He is the God of revelation.
Speaking with a mighty voice.
He is the Omnipotent one.
Strong on behalf of Israel.
But almighty beyond the clouds.
Awesome as He is in His holy places.
Yet He stoops to give strength and power to His people.
There is only one thing left to say.
Blessed be God!

Psalm 68:32-35
32All you kingdoms of the earth,
sing to God!
Yes, sing to praise the Lord!
Selah.
33 He is the one who rides in the sky,
as he has done from the beginning of time.
Listen! He shouts with a powerful voice.
34 Agree that God is very powerful!
He is the King who rules over Israel.
He shows his power in the skies.
35 God, how great you are,
as you come from your holy temple!
He is the God of Israel.
He gives power to his people,
and he makes them strong.
Praise God as he deserves!

Living Out God’s Love

If we love God and obey Him.
We will also love others and serve them.
Because we are a reflection of our parents.
Godliness and honesty must go together.

12 Honour thy father and thy mother: that thy days may be long upon the land which the LORD thy God giveth thee.
13 Thou shalt not kill.
14 Thou shalt not commit adultery.
15 Thou shalt not steal.
16 Thou shalt not bear false witness against thy neighbour.
17 Thou shalt not covet thy neighbour's house, thou shalt not covet thy neighbour's wife, nor his manservant, nor his maidservant, nor his ox, nor his ass, nor any thing that is thy neighbour's.

I have come that you might have life and life abundantly.
Didn’t Jesus say if any man come after Him let him deny himself.
Take up the cross and follow Him.
As they enter a hermitage and give everything up for the Lord.
We are so blessed!
For whether we live it up in the Lord.
Or give it up for the Lord.
We can glorify Him.

Romans 14:7-13
7 None of us Lives only to please ourselves. And we do not die to please ourselves.
8 While we live, we want to please the Lord. And when we die, we want that to please the Lord too. So, while we live, or if we die, we continue to belong to the Lord.
9 Christ died and then he became alive again. That happened so that he could be the Lord of all people, those who have died and those who are still alive.
10 So then, if you eat only vegetables, you must not judge other believers. Also, if you eat anything, you must not think that you are better than other believers. Remember that all of us will have to stand in front of God. He will decide whether we have done what is right or wrong.
11 This is written in the Bible:
The Lord God says,
As surely as I live, this will certainly happen:
Everyone will go down on their knees in front of me.
Everyone will praise me that I am God.” ’[a]
12 So each of us will have to explain to God about the things that we have done.
13 So we must no longer judge other believers. Instead, you must decide never to bring trouble to another believer. Do not cause them to do something wrong.
