Israel is on the ballot. The Coming Political Collision with Israel
A position paper of Jewish Awareness

When Ted Cruz referred to the biblical reason that Christians should support Israel, (Genesis 12:1-3) he was mocked by conservative host Tucker Carlson, who doesn’t believe that Israel today is the Israel of Bible prophecy. Doubling down, Tucker broadened the condemnation to “Christian Zionists —I dislike them more than anybody, you know, because it’s Christian heresy and I’m offended by that as a Christian,” By All Israel News, Thursday, October 30, 2025. Yet he interviewed Christian Nationalist anti-Zionist and antisemite Nick Feuentes, and amazingly even failed to push back when Fuentes said that he celebrated the birthday of genocidal Joseph Stalin.
When VP J.D. Vance spoke at Turning Point USA summit in the summer of ’25, he said “Tucker Carlson is welcome in the Republican Party.” Vance, who can’t speak of Israel without putting them in a bad light, also refuses to endorse Netanyahu in his current reelection race.
The American political right is fast approaching a very dangerous intersection with no warning signs. What is the danger?
A collision with Christians who support Israel is inevitable. The political Right has been heavily supported by Evangelical Christian voters. They were a key to the success of candidate Trump in 2016 and of the reelection of President Donald Trump in 2024. But now many are feeling a bit unnerved as the “Christian Conservative” political bus begins to swerve to the extreme right – “Christian Nationalistic Anti-Zionism.” How deceptively the “Christian Nationalists” use the slogan “Christ is King,” to woo us to taste the fruit of their forbidden tree. Just because Christ is the soon coming “King of kings,” (Rev. 17:14; 19:16) and the kingdoms of this world will become the “Kingdom of our God and of His Christ” (Rev. 12:10) during the last years of the Tribulation, does not mean we endorse a slogan that in reality combines State with Church under the Cross and Crown logo, (and they add another enticing cookie) to drive Muslims out of America.
Their “Christ is King” slogan doesn’t mean what we mean.
Christians are now realizing that they never were driving this bus to begin with. While the Christian Right are still the Judeo-Christian GPS of the political right, others for whom they did not vote are grasping at the steering wheel of Conservative politics. The Bible prophesied Israel will be thrown under the bus by every nation including U.S. That time is hastened or further delayed with every election and by every individual vote. Delaying it is easier than defeating it once it becomes a nation’s policy.

God wasn’t issuing vain threats. Can we not connect the dots in Europe from their official recognition of Palestine and their rebukes and bans of Israel products and the riots and chaos by the Palestinian promoting leftists and Muslims, that Israel warned them about? Europe decided to get rid of God, punish God’s chosen people, demand they give part of their tiny country, allow unvetted immigration by masses of anti-Christian and anti-Israel foreign Muslim populations. What could go wrong? Can they blame God for not interfering when He allowed them to invite the curse upon themselves? Yes, and I am not making this up, They are already blaming Israel. Sorry, but Israel and America told you so.
U.S. Titanic Steers Away From Higher Gas - Veers Closer To Iceberg.
In June of 2026, during the final days of a two-month long US Navy blockade of the Straight of Hormuz that boasts 20% of the global crude oil transit, Iran and the US temporarily mutually ceased hostilities – to reload. The world is paying higher petroleum prices. American dominant economic and military leverage stalled as diplomats negotiated a 14 point Memorandum of Understanding MoU. Negotiations dragged on to the brink of resuming war. The US proudly announced the signing would take place on June 19, 2026. The US announced the straight of Hormuz was open again after a 60-day blockade. Oil prices dropped by 20%. The world sighed. The shelf life of the deal was less than 24 hours. Iran’s proxy terror force in Lebanon launched 67 missiles, and drones against Israeli troops inside the southern border of Lebanon and into northern Israel. Israel Defense Forces launched 150 airstrikes at Hezbollah forces and facilities and uncovered 40 kilometers of tunnels inside southern Lebanon stocked with hundreds of drones and antitank missiles. Iranian diplomats threatened to back out of the deal unless Israel ceased to strike Hezbollah. To our shock and amazement President Donal Trump threw Benjamin Netanyahu and the IDF under the bus as the cause of this deal falling apart. He rebuked Israel and said if it were not for Donald Trump, Israel wouldn’t exist, referring to the nuclear threat of Iran being reduced. Even compared to standard Trumpian braggadocio, this was a “too big for your britches” moment. Israel’s security is ultimately the concern of “the God who never slumbers,” not the USA. The Iceberg of “I will curse him who curseth thee,” was ignored again.
America Equips Israel’s Dry Bone Army
Ever since, President Harry Truman stuck his neck out, recognizing the newly formed State of Israel against all his political advisors, God's hand of blessing has been on this country who is not identified in Bible prophecy. I firmly believe that the "mighty standing army" of Ezekiel 38 “dry bones” prophecy is at least an inference of the end times America/Israel connection. Hear me out. Israel was prophesied to be dead like a valley of dry bones who at the Word of God reconnected and stood spiritually lifeless as a mighty equipped army. The United States has been used of God to defend freedom in the western world in WW I & WW ll, in which the extermination of the Jewish race was stopped before it was too late. America has been used of God like no other nation to equip one small nation that is 3500 years old, newly born in a day, on May 14, 1948. Think of the providence of God, using the newest nation on earth with a strong Christian heritage to help the oldest and newly formed nation of God’s Chosen people being regathered to the promised land. America was equally raised up by God for his geopolitical purpose for the rebirth of Israel and for the evangelistic purpose of getting the Gospel to the world before the Rapture and Tribulation. The role of Israel and the Church are both evident in these end times as was prophesied. Now the church at large is abandoning or turning against Israel. News flash - When the Church exits stage right in the Rapture, God will resume His program with Israel being a light to the nations through the 144,000 Jewish evangelists. Lets pass the Gospel baton on to them now.
From Wandering Jews to Warrior Israelis
When they were "the wandering Jew" - a people without a country, all they could do was flee to another temporary safe haven as was prophesied on Deuteronomy 28:15-68. Now with their backs to the recaptured Western Wall of their ancient Temple, they are saying in effect. We are done with explaining our right to survive. Only breathing Jews can defy antisemitism. They are here to stay and never again will the rest of civilization determine if they live or if they have a homeland in which to live. Jewish Israeli citizens defy anti-Zionism by living. Biblically fundamental Christian evangelicals who stand with them and against those two attacks are Biblical Zionists who understand that the Bible has guaranteed God’s blessing of a nation, a seed and a promised land deeded to them by God. It does not require agreement with every political decision Israel may take whether it is being governed by the right or the left. It means we stand with God and His restoration of Israel while we pray for their redemption. Truth is the modern church liked Israel better when they were weak, and evangelism of the Jew remains the Great Omission of the Great Commission.
Will America be “Cut to pieces?”
Will we on the “Right” be silent when the US severs our ties with Israel to gain political advantage? Will we have the fortitude to say to our representatives, as conservative evangelicals, don’t abandon Israel. How about at least saying, Stop harassing the Jews now. Where is our voice as threats of the persecution of Jews reaches an all-time high and is even accommodated in elected officials? Will we stand out and receive the attacks from our own team when we say NO TWO STATE SOLUTION for the Palestinians, because it means the US pressuring Israel to give up 1/3 of their promised land, specifically Judea and Samaria for the false hope of the Palestinians living peacefully as a UN recognized nation state right beside Israel. Gaza was their chance and they spent over 40 billion in funding for 17 years to create an anti-Israel terror state. In fact, “Two State Solution” means Israel being almost cut in half, only 8 miles wide at its narrowest point. Netanyahu correctly said of the Palestinians,
“They don’t want another state along side of Israel they want a state instead of Israel.”
Gaza proved it. What if America pressures Israel to allow the “Two state solution,” to entice Saudi Arabia to join the Abraham Accords? If we are willing to stay silent when the political right rejects God’s righteous plan with Israel, then we can no longer distinguish between Right and Righteousness. Israel then America will be the first casualties of this collision. God may cripple and divide American then Israel will literally be politically and militarily “on their own,” and be totally dependent on Him. One may argue the point fatalistically, that after all, the Bible prophesies “all nations shall come against Israel.” Be warned. Dangerous Intersection Ahead! “Behold, in that day will I make Jerusalem a burdensome stone for all people: all that burden themselves with it shall be cut in pieces, though all the people of the earth be gathered together against it.” Zechariah 12:2,3 “Cut to pieces” can be the fate of America. Many have wondered if America will even survive until that final international coalition against Israel, since America is not mentioned in scripture. Imagine the horror of an America that is no longer a 50 united state super-power but has been literally “cut to pieces” into a half dozen smaller adversarial factions like European nations, some Right, some WOKE, but all broke. Europe has already fallen to violence from unrestrained immigration and is suffering from an invasion promising to spread the “Global Intifada.” Jewish businesses and their Synagogues and historic churches are burning in Paris Italy, Spain, Portugal and Albania at the time of this writing. “Cost of Living” is being blamed, but the rioters have one thing in common, Kafia scarves and Palestinian flags. Israel may not be on the ballot this election, but she is the target of every one of these Democratic Socialists.
Wake up, churches and Christians are next on their list.
A nationally representative survey of 3,507 U.S. adults conducted in March, 2026, revealed that 60% of Americans now hold a very or somewhat unfavorable view of Israel. That figure has increased from 53% a year ago. Among Republicans aged 18 to 49, 57% view Israel negatively, up from 50% last year. Jewish Americans and white evangelical Protestants are the most supportive groups, with about two-thirds holding favorable views of Israel. A PEW Research poll of net favorability of Israel since spring of 2026 to July 2026 shows a 23% drop in favorability toward Israel. Another poll in 2026 quoted on the Glen Beck program in September of 2026 showed that 20% of Liberals under age 40, were in favor of completely dismantling the State of Israel and establishing a Palestinian State! Ben Shapiro of The Daily Wire, posted statistics of European Islamic immigration. 1.1 million Muslim immigrants have arrived in France since 2011. Their Muslim population has reached 7% and 20% in Paris. . 38% of those immigrants identify with the Muslim Brotherhood. 57% believe Shariah Law should trump French Law. In the UK, Smith the most common sir name is being replaced by Khan. Mohammed is now the most common name for babies born in Britain. French Catholic identification has declined from 83% - 43%. Christianity’s decline and the declining birthrate in Europe has left a vacuum being filled with a 3rd world population and another “god.” Sounds like the Old Testament. One thing has not changed, the GOD of the Old Testament and His promises to ISRAEL in the end days.
Evangelical young American adults are similarly abandoning Israel for two reasons. 1. They are heaping “to themselves teachers,” not teachers of scripture but paid propagandist, digital, content creators who are “Christian” anti-Zionists. 2. All they know about end times Israel is an occasional paraphrase of Genesis 12:2,3 from the pulpit, followed by a hardy amen from the “Boomer” generation members.
They assumed the social media content disinformation is fact and parrot this question to their pastors’ who at best say, “We stand with the Jewish people ethnically but we don’t support everything the Israeli government does.” This diplomatic damage control response does not confront the factuality of the claims and lacks explanation as to why we as Christians and Americans should strongly support Israels right to defend herself against a massacre and anhilation. It doesn’t confront the arrogant notion that American non-Israeli citizens have the right to question or critique Israel’s governance, if we believe God sovereignly sets up and takes down earthly rulers. We should support every citizen of every nation in their right to freedom and the right to defend themselves from harm even at the cost of going to war to preserve their national sovereignty. Just because our Bible is from Jews, written in Israel does not give us as Christians who believe in Jesus from Nazareth, an inspector’s license as to how they govern. What is missing? A lack of biblical knowledge of God’s eternal covenant with Abraham, reiterated by God to Isaac and Jacob’s descendants and a lack of knowledge of the different but mutually supporting roles of the Church and Israel in God’s plan. The once dispensational sound biblical literalists are being wooed away either by Reformed Covenant Calvinist teachings or are scared away by anti-Zionist claims of alleged Israeli abusive military operations regarding Gaza. Then add to that the naive emotive political tendencies of the extreme “Right” which are heavily influenced by a non-Biblical world view. We have arrived at a time in which the next generation of evangelicals, who, unlike their parents and pastors wholly supported Israel are now are agreeing with former President Barrack Obama, who recently said of Israel: “They took land of people and they were expelled. And these people understandably said, “This is injustice, and I want my land back.”
Yet our young Christian adults wither at the accusations hurled at them by the Hamas aligned reporters, amplified by Qatari based Al Jazeera produced content that says, “How can you as a Christian support Israel when they commit genocide?
Here’s how we can support Israel.
We especially should be in prayer for their peace – which is a Biblical command. Praying for spiritual peace is not antithetical to praying for their peace politically, militarily and economically as Israeli citizens. We should also pray for the salvation of not only the nation of Israel but of Jewish individuals who live among us. How can we expect them to listen to us when we are joining the worldly chorus of cart blanche condemnation of the only Jewish state and a tiny one at that. There are only 15 million Jews total in the world! That is less than 2/10ths of 1% of the global population of 8.5 billion people. They have survived only by God’s protection and their ingenuity and resourcefulness for 3500 years. God has begun regathering them in unbelief. How else will they be existing in the ancient promised land when Jesus returns and will then go from unbelief to belief? Let’s get off of their backs politically and militarily and start critiquing their surrounding 26 Arab Muslim neighbor nations that have repeatedly tried to wipe them off the face of the map for the last 82 years.
Pick a biblical side. It must not be with those who are against Israel.
Pastors should ask, What crime is it that you’ve heard that Israel is doing against the Palestinians? Genocide? Where is the proof? Where did that report come from? Al Jezeera? – the Muslim news agency who has reporters in Gaza who are actual Hamas terrorists filming the murders, r**es etc…? Before we assume that they are telling the truth let’s give it time, to investigate their claims.
Yet they unquestionably believe their social media influencers’ horrific images of starving or dead children and weeping Palestinian mothers, or dead journalists, and whole cities in ruins from the Gaza war, with no context…with no evidence. Israel has exposed the Al Jazeera backed propaganda production companies that staged these images, and identified several images that were from the 20 year civil war of Syria. These fake news studio productions have been mocked as PALIWOOD. So our young adults are walking by sight believing a slick media production lie, on top of ignorance as to scriptural reasons for born again believers biblically supporting end times Israel.
In the mean time, let’s ask them, How can we as Christians support the Palestinians who helped Hamas capture 251 Israelis and take them back to their homes in Gaza and starve them, enslave them, r**e and torture and murder them and get paid for doing it. It took a couple years to disprove the genocide lies, but now the UN verified that it has vaccinated 3000 more children in Gaza after the war than it did before the war. Shouldn’t there be 5000 – 20,000 less children if Israel was starving them and killing them? There is no evidence of starvation nor genocide in Gaza, only PALIWOOD produced propaganda images and headlines.
Politically Right does not equal Biblical Righteousness.
Biblical Righteousness equals righteousness. But before we apply that equation to Israel our ally, let’s look in the mirror of the Word of God instead of the political Mirror, Mirror on the Wall to see who is the ugliest candidate of them all. Even when America does a U-turn and goes “Right” politically it does not mean we are by any stretch of the imagination, more righteous than if the other party one. So, can we just give Israel a break from the pointy finger preaching of political rightness and admit that America has little room to talk? Didn’t Jesus say something out removing the log in our own eye before we try to remove the speck in someone else’s eye?
But you say “they don’t believe in Jesus and they have homosexual parades and abortion.” Again, Look in the American mirror first. Just because Jesus and our Bible is from there doesn’t mean they should be perfect biblical examples…have you read the Bible? Israel was astray from God more often than not. Thank God America was not around when the Bible was written. It would have read that fire and brimstone fell on San Francisco, New York City and Miami Beach. S***m and Gomorrah would have been like the Bible belt by comparison.
Just because we are not WOKE, doesn’t mean we don’t need to Wake up.
The 2024 landslide election of President Donald Trump and America’s renewed partnership in helping Israel attack Iran’s nuclear sites, falls in line with both our conservative political aspirations and our biblically prophetic Christian views. When we are tempted to give Tucker Carlson, Candice Owens, Nick Feuentes, and Kirk Cameron a pass, we are approaching a dangerous intersection in which America and Israel will have collateral damage. God wasn’t issuing vain threats when He said that He will curse “Him who curseth” Israel.
Can we not connect the dots in Europe from their constant rebukes and bans of Israel and the riots and chaos by the Palestinian promoting leftists and Muslims that Israel warned them about? Get rid of God, punish God’s chosen people, allow unvetted immigration by masses of anti-Christian and anti-Israel foreign populations… what could go wrong? The formerly Great Britain once renamed Israel Jewish Palestine but now says 1/3 of Israel belongs to Palestinians. How many countries did England colonize who still speak English? How many Jewish States are there who speak Hebrew? Only one.
Maybe England is getting a lesson From the God of Israel in what it means to give up part of their country to Pro Palestine Islamists.
Can we blame God for not interfering when He allowed them to invite the curse upon themselves?
We disdain the antagonistic rhetoric of Tucker Carlson, Candice Owens, towards Israel, Jews and young Israelis. It is un- Christian unbiblical, and antisemitic. Where is the compassion? But we Christians who have read the Book all the way to the end, are grieved in our heart for America’s future. If it survives, it will be included with "every nation" that comes against Israel. While we may boast like Peter, NOT ON MY WATCH!, Have you ever wondered what you would have done to save the Jews in 1939? Whatever it is, you are either doing it or not doing it now.
The Casualties of this Collision will be Conservative Christians.
For America to turn against Israel Satan must first get Christians to turn against Israel. Will the fear of the MAGA political coalition dividing over the support for Israel, cause Christian conservatives to abandon Israel? I fear they will do anything including throwing Israel under the bus to make sure MAGA succeeds. They have already accommodated Tucker Carlson, Megan Kelly, Candice Ownes, Kirk Cameron, Nick Fuentes and on and on.
Post Trump Christian Nationalism may literally trump Conservative Christian Zionism. Trump support may even trump Israel support. Trump already says too many scary things about Israel and now JD Vance the new convert to Catholicism has had many disparaging remarks about. Churches who stand with Israel will be ridiculed and marginalized. What’s next - threats of violence and vandalizing our church property, hacking our websites, burning our buildings? This is how the persecution begins.
Are we MAGA Christians or Biblical Christians?
Europe which was neither is burning. Now imagine another Iran in the former democratic countries England, and France, with hundreds of nukes right across the pond. Are we awake yet?
If we are falling short in the Great Commission and godliness as churches now what will happen when there is a real cost of persecution for following Jesus? Our freedom as a country and our freedom of religion are at stake as never before.
