Haven't been posting much here on social media recently, our milk supply is still low and we are scrambling to fill orders we are sold out every shop day but anticipate more inventory in November. Fingers crossed the cows were pulled off line in August will calve soon.
I did want to give a shout out to Twisted T Farm and let you all know they still have some turkey's available for you Holiday tables please contact them with any questions.

Take a look at why we are now short of milk supply here. These ladies are on maternity leave, off the milk line which means less milk available to bottle. They all need to rest up in prepartion for calving so supply will be tight until that happens. We are not making cheese, pulling cream and limiting chocolate milk production in an effort to keep up with regular milk requests. Thank you for understanding.

These ladies L O V E their new sand pack, it must feel like a day at the beach. The entire herd spends much of the day in the shade under trees chasing a breeze and begins grazing and moving through the pastures at sunset. We keep a close eye on their fresh water tanks to make sure they never run out of clean drinking water or salt and my dairymaids have moved milking ahead by an hour to try to capitalize on the*cooler* temperature when it's time to begin and end work.
Shop open today and every Tuesday and Thursday and Saturday 2-5 I restocked yogurt, chocolate milk, butter and buttermilk we look forward to seeing you, please remember to bring a cooler, insulated bags, ice to transport your purchases home, have a good weekend.

Doing some tidying up over here at the Dairy. I like to replace the sand pack in our holding area periodically, it keeps my employees happy and so much cleaner. If anyone needs sand, dirt, rock you just need to reach out to this man he will set you up. Thanks Jack

Notice anything different in this picture?
If you said hey the staff break room, aka the hammock, is missing you would be correct. Someone decided to take it (steal it) leaving several people here pretty upset.
For everyone asking about Cookie the cow that we had such a time with she is fine. She is milking, grazing doing all good cow things..
no one would ever know she had just survived a near death experience x 2.
For all the customers out Kingwood way we have a new co-op forming message us for details. Shop open every Tuesday Thursday and Saturday 2-5 thank you for your support.
