Zion Baptist Church founded in 1893, has a long and rich history of active community involvement throughout Wilkes-Barre, Pa. and Luzerne County. Founded as a predominantly African American congregation, it exists today as a multi-cultural family of believers who's objective is to rise up and build the ministry that God has assigned to it by and through the enabling power, wisdom and vision of the Holy spirit.
