Today marked the end of another school year and our final chapel of the year at Holy Cross. It was also a meaningful and emotional moment as our students said farewell to Brian and Pam Amey after 19 years of faithful service in ministry at Holy Cross.

At the close of chapel, the students sang a blessing of farewell over the Ameys, giving thanks for the love, care, and leadership they have shared with so many students and families through the years. As chapel ended, tearful hugs were exchanged throughout the room — a reflection of the deep impact Brian and Pam have had on our school community.

We are incredibly thankful for the years they have poured into Holy Cross, and we are excited to see how God will continue to work through their ministry at Cornerstone Lutheran Church. Please join us in praying for the Amey family as they prepare for this new chapter.

Our fourth graders got a SURPRISE field trip to Salt Plains National Wildlife Refuge today! God gave them a beautiful day to learn & explore & make such amazing memories with their friends.

We love our school and are so thankful for teachers like Mrs.Thomas that make learning fun!

This morning at chapel, our students at Holy Cross shared a heartfelt farewell with Pastor Snow at his final chapel before retirement.

Each class came forward with a special gift, offering words of love, gratitude, and encouragement for the years he has faithfully served our church and school. One class even shared a fun poem inspired by “Oh, the Places You’ll Go,” celebrating the many ways Pastor Snow has guided and inspired others—“Oh the places you’ll go, Pastor Snow, Pastor Snow…”

With over 40 years in ministry, including 16½ years here at Holy Cross, Pastor Snow’s impact is immeasurable. We thank God for his faithful service and pray for many blessings in this next chapter.
You are loved, Pastor Snow—you will be deeply missed!
