HMA has just received the sad news that well-known handbell composer and friend Cynthia Dobrinski passed away on Tuesday, October 12. Cynthia has most recently served as the organist at First Presbyterian Church in Martinsville, Virginia, since 2001. As a composer of handbell music, she has more than 175 works in print. She has also served as clinician and conductor for hundreds of workshops, festivals, and seminars in the U.S. and abroad. Cynthia's family and friends are in our thoughts and prayers. Arrangements are pending at this time.

Hello Wichita Area Friends. My church has a handbell choir that I've played in for many, many years. We are looking for some new ringers to join us. We currently practice on Wednesday evenings at 6p.m. We usually play in church once a month. If you are interested in playing, please PM me. We especially love new high school players that need volunteer hours for school, so be sure and think of your kids or grandkids as well.
