What is OCIA?
OCIA (Order of Christian Initiation of Adults) is a journey of faith consisting of weekly meetings beginning in August through the end of May, climaxing in the celebration of the Sacraments of Initiation at the Easter Vigil.
Throughout the 10-month period, we walk with you through the mysteries of the Catholic Faith. Not only do we grow in our knowledge and understanding of Catholicism together, but we develop a deeper relationship with God and one another.
You are not obligated to join the Church or become Catholic simply by participating in our weekly sessions. Rather, OCIA is a process of discernment that gives you the tools and information needed to make an educated decision regarding your own path of faith.
