Following the Strawberry Social THIS SUNDAY: Join the Carroll County Coalition of the MLMP for the historic marker dedication honoring Townsend Cook on June 7th, at 1:00pm. The ceremony will begin at the Church of the Ascension (23 N. Court Street) in Westminster after which attendees will transition to the unveiling of the marker.
