🙏🏼 This year as the United States commemorates the 250th anniversary of the signing of the Declaration of Independence, the U.S. bishops will consecrate the country to the Sacred Heart of Jesus. All Greater Lafayette parishes invite you to come together as a Catholic community to spend time with the Lord and pray in an intentional way for unity and healing in our country.

Between the Solemnity of the Sacred Heart of Jesus on June 12 and July 4, we have a combined goal of 250 hours of Adoration.
(1 person x 1 hour - 1 Adoration hour)

Look for special "250" prayer resources and report your hours of Adoration on the "We the People" posters at each parish location.

🎉 Congratulations to Isabella Gorney, recipient of the 2026 Father David Douglas Merit Award presented by the Knights of Columbus! Isabella also was awarded a scholarship from the Diocese of Lafayette in Indiana. Blessings for a bright future, Isabella!

Thank you to everyone who came to celebrate the Feast of Corpus Christi with us on Saturday! And a special thank you to all of our volunteers who helped make this event possible. Despite the weather, we had great fellowship after adoring our Lord in the Blessed Sacrament. Thanks be to God!

⚠️ UPDATE: The Corpus Christi celebration is still on for this evening. We will not be having a procession due to the weather, but we will still celebrate our parish feast at and after the 5 p.m. Mass. Please join us!

Join us in welcoming Seminarian Thomas Nelson to Church of the Blessed Sacrament for the summer. His home parish is Our Lady of Mount Carmel in Carmel, IN, and he was most recently at St. John Vianney College Seminary in St. Paul, MN.

Please pray for the repose of the soul of Lisa Ann Romano. A memorial service will be held Friday, June 12, at 7 p.m. at Fisher Funeral Chapel (914 Columbia St., Lafayette, Indiana). Visitation will be held prior to the service from 5 to 7 p.m. at the funeral home.

Eternal rest grant unto her, O Lord, and let perpetual light shine upon her. May her soul and the souls of all the faithful departed, through the mercy of God, rest in peace. Amen.
