The beauty of the Church is reflected in the liturgical vestments priests wear when celebrating Holy Mass. This fiddleback chasuble, St. Thomas Aquinas' oldest vestment, depicts Jesus as the Good Shepherd.

We don't have record of when this chasuble was made, but it's an important piece of both our parish history and the history of the Catholic Church. Swipe to learn more!

Stay a few minutes and pray the Anima Christi along with our chant choir 🎼

The Anima Christi is a common Eucharistic prayer, often attributed to St. Ignatius of Loyola. The text was arranged by Monsignor Marco Frisina into the beautiful motet performed here.

Soul of Christ, sanctify me.
Body of Christ, save me.
Blood of Christ, inebriate me.
Water from the side of Christ, wash me.
Passion of Christ, strengthen me.
O good Jesus, hear me.
Within Thy wounds hide me.
Suffer me not to be separated from Thee.
From the malicious enemy defend me.
In the hour of my death call me.
And bid me come unto Thee.
That I may praise Thee with Thy saints and with Thy angels.
Forever and ever. Amen.
