Families may receive $120 per eligible child to help cover grocery costs during the summer months, when school meals are not available.

To help our Summer Meals for Kids program run as quickly and smoothly as possible, we are asking families to complete our Meal Pickup Information Form.

This form helps us gather important information for planning, traffic flow, and faster distribution days.

Please note:
• This is NOT a pre-registration or reservation.
• Completing this form does NOT guarantee meals or hold a meal box.
• Meals will still be distributed on a first come, first served basis while supplies last.

❗️We're having a small technical issue with the Online Form for the Summer Meals. It wasn't providing the Drop Down boxes to Enter Kids Names and Ages. So we're are removing the post with the form temporarily and fixing that error. It will be reposted soon. ❤️ Sorry for any inconveniences.

Yup… It’s back! Summer EBT/SUN Bucks provides $120 in extra grocery benefits to families in our community. Many eligible children are automatically enrolled in Summer EBT through other programs they already participate in.

🍎But, some eligible families will need to apply. Help spread the word to let families know that it’s easy to see if you’re eligible and apply at sebt.ohio.gov.

As most of you know TLC Ministries operates free meals for kids during the summer they are getting ready to start back up. To keep things smooth for both TLC Ministries community outreaches and The FYT Stop Cafe ( which helps to fund the outreaches 🤗)

We have decided to make some changes.

1st The FYT Stop Cafe will no longer be open on Mondays starting June 29. We are concentrating Monday for MINISTRY MONDAY.

2nd Instead we will be open now on Saturdays !!!! 📣🥳🥳🥳 beginning July 11. We will be closed July 4. So new hours and days will be Tuesday through Saturday.

3rd New hours too starting June 22 will be 8:30-1:30.

Thank you for adjusting along with us. But but serving the community at both TLC Ministries and now The FYT Stop is our main priority and want to make it as smooth as possible for both.

We apologize for the free meals for kids program taking so long to get started. Trust me we were trying but some hurdles were out of our control. Sooo long story short WE ARE BACK!! 🥳🥳🥳

Here is the details:

📣 Please READ the following not to mean but I will NOT take the time to answer questions that have been answered in this post. 🤷‍♀️

First we will only be operating one site this year due to the late start. That site will be at TLC Ministries located at 22783 St Rt 93, Wellston.

The first give away will be June 29 from 2-3 pm. This will be a drive thru please do not line up early because we are on a State Route. This is first come first serve and we will start and end promptly at 2 and 3. Those are the rules we have to abide by.

The remaining give aways will be every Monday July 6 - August 10. Give away for all this dates will be 12 -1 pm. Again it will start and end promptly at 12-1pm.

Each child will receive a box that contains 7 breakfasts and 7 lunches. You will drive thru we will check your name off the list and you will receive a box.

We have allowed up to two alternate people to pick up for you if you can’t make it. But the MUST be listed on the form in order to pick up meals. If they are not on the form they CAN NOT pick up meals. You can fill them on the form we created and will be posted in a separate post.

Do not give us your name and information on a facebook post or message. Information will be collected on the online form or a paper form you can pick up at TLC Ministries or The FYT Stop cafe. You can also fill it out in person at the give away but we will not hold traffic to wait. This is not to be mean but we have to keep the traffic moving and get to as many as we can in the hour give away.

We have created a form you can access to let us know you are interested in participating. We will add your names to the list but understand this IS NOT a registration therefore you are not GUARANTEED a box will be held for you, again it is first come first serve. This list just helps us move the link quicker so we can serve more people. Again the link to on line form will be posted in a separate post.
