KAYAK RETREAT IS BACK FOR YEAR TWO!!!

Here’s what’s included:
🛶 Friday late dinner & Saturday breakfast
🛶 Friday night activities and reflection to get you ready for the new school year
🛶 Group lodging at an AirBnB in Lansing, IA
🛶 3 hour guided kayak tour on the Mississippi backwaters (and supplies)
🛶 Transportation to and from campus

Congratulations to our 25-26 Graven Award recipient, Joe Davis!

Davis is an award-winning spoken word artist, best-selling author of poetry, educator, and speaker known for longstanding devotion to uplifting work focused on community, youth, well-being, and social justice.He is the founder and director of Finding Your Freedom Practice, teaching holistic health and wellness practices through spoken word, writing, music, theater, and dance. Joe holds a Master of Arts degree in Theology of the Arts and heads a multimedia production company, a soul funk band, and a racial justice education program. His work has been featured on BET, CNN, and VH1.

Graven Award recipients are chosen for their contributions to community, church, and society as an expression of their Christian faith, inspired by the Graven Family’s legacy of service and empowering lay leadership.
