We are an inviting congregation committed to building disciples of Christ, fostering Christ-centered relationships, and serving our neighbors. Our worship incorporates scripture, prayer, and the church's traditions into a dynamic and modern worship service. We are a multi-generational church in which children are welcome and integral to our worship. We worship at 9 a.m., followed by fellowship for

adults and Cana Kids for children. Every Sunday service includes a children's sermon, and a nursery staffed by volunteers is also provided.

Summer Reading isn't just for kids! The Women's Summer Book Club is meeting throughout the summer. The June selection is "The Watchmaker's Daughter," a biography of Corrie ten Boom. Purchase or borrow the book to begin reading on your own, and join the meeting June 18 at 6:30 pm at Aundrea K's house. Additional meetings will be July 20 and August (TBD).

SAVE THE DATE! Ekisa Ministries' USA Road Trip is coming to Cana!
Join us on May 31 at 6:30pm at Cana Lutheran Church to hear Jared Scheppmann, Executive Director of Ekisa, speak about God’s heart for the vulnerable and the work being done at Ekisa to rewrite the story of disability in Uganda. Hear how Ekisa is supporting children with disabilities so they can experience love, dignity, and belonging in their families and communities. A dessert reception and meet and mingle time with Jared will follow the presentation.

Cana currently supports Ruth Vogel, who lives in Uganda and works as a teacher mentor at Ekisa. Cana also sponsors three students at Ekisa Academy, combining our financial gifts with other sponsors’ gifts to strengthen the entire program, ensuring that every child receives the medical care, assistive devices, therapy, and specialized Christian education they need.

Today we are happy to welcome our newest Confirmands, Laynie and Cora. Join us in praying for these young women as they grow in their faith and seek to follow God daily! After confirming their baptism in the rite of confirmation, Laynie and Cora are now full members of Cana, able to vote and participate fully in the life of the church just like our adult members!
