We are an inviting congregation committed to building disciples of Christ, fostering Christ-centered relationships, and serving our neighbors. Our worship incorporates scripture, prayer, and the church's traditions into a dynamic and modern worship service. We are a multi-generational church in which children are welcome and integral to our worship. We worship at 9 a.m., followed by fellowship for

adults and Cana Kids for children. Every Sunday service includes a children's sermon, and a nursery staffed by volunteers is also provided.

Summer is officially here, and what better way to celebrate than with a picnic? Join us NEXT SUNDAY for food, games, kayak rides, and fun! We have a covered pavilion at Eureka Lake reserved, and hot dogs will be provided for a potluck lunch. See you there after worship!

Women's Summer Book Club meets Thursday night at 6:30 at Aundrea K's house. This month, the book club read "The Watchmaker's Daughter," a biography of Corrie Ten Boom. If you can't join us this month, we'd love to see you for the July 20 meeting.

Pastor Matt is offering a new Sunday morning Bible Study series this summer on 1 Samuel. We will meet in the Adult Education area of the entry level from about 10:20 - 11:00. Grab a coffee and a bite to eat from the fellowship area and join us! If you'd like additional enrichment, you can purchase the "1 Samuel For You" study guide.

Summer Reading isn't just for kids! The Women's Summer Book Club is meeting throughout the summer. The June selection is "The Watchmaker's Daughter," a biography of Corrie ten Boom. Purchase or borrow the book to begin reading on your own, and join the meeting June 18 at 6:30 pm at Aundrea K's house. Additional meetings will be July 20 and August (TBD).

We are so honored that Ekisa's Executive Director is taking time during his U.S. visit to meet with us at Cana. Come learn about Ekisa and enjoy dessert and conversation!

Today we welcomed the newest members of our congregation, Barb, Bev, and Dave. We are blessed to have them in our worship family! And everyone enjoyed ice cream on the patio to celebrate the end of the Cana Kids school year and beautiful May weather!

SAVE THE DATE! Ekisa Ministries' USA Road Trip is coming to Cana!
Join us on May 31 at 6:30pm at Cana Lutheran Church to hear Jared Scheppmann, Executive Director of Ekisa, speak about God’s heart for the vulnerable and the work being done at Ekisa to rewrite the story of disability in Uganda. Hear how Ekisa is supporting children with disabilities so they can experience love, dignity, and belonging in their families and communities. A dessert reception and meet and mingle time with Jared will follow the presentation.

Cana currently supports Ruth Vogel, who lives in Uganda and works as a teacher mentor at Ekisa. Cana also sponsors three students at Ekisa Academy, combining our financial gifts with other sponsors’ gifts to strengthen the entire program, ensuring that every child receives the medical care, assistive devices, therapy, and specialized Christian education they need.
