The Missions Team will be meeting next week, Wednesday, September 9th from 6:30-7:30 in the Evangelical UMC's Fellowship Hall. They are always looking for new people to help brainstorm volunteering and donations ideas. Come get more involved with Transforming our Community through Service with The Bridge!

Mark your calendars for Jr. High Youth Group on Wednesday, September 9th from 6:30-8:00pm. Bring a friend!

This Fall, Jr. High Youth Group (grades 6th-8th) will meet on the 2nd and 4th Wednesday of the month from 6:30-8:00 PM at 401 Walnut St. in the Youth Space.

Sign-ups for Small Groups are now open! Small Groups at The Bridge are groups of about 12 people who meet weekly, or bi-weekly, in homes or at the church offices to study, grow, and support one another. Groups will begin meeting the week of September 13th.

Bridge Outside the Building (B.O.B.) will have their monthly Incubator Meeting tomorrow night, Wednesday September 2nd at 7pm. BOB is called to find new ways to show God's Love to our neighbors. Some of their projects include caring for our neighbors at W.H.I.P. and providing snacks and prayers at community events. If you want to help bring Jesus's love into our community, please stop by the Incubator Meeting.

It takes a community to see, care for, raise, and love a child. That's why we recommitted ourselves to the children of our community today by Praying Around the School.

Thank you to the leadership who put this event together. And thank you to the congregation for playing and praying along with us. We hope you continue to lift up students, faculty, and staff of all educational environments throughout the school year.

Sophia’s Kitchen in Peoria has a Pet Food Pantry, and we are going to help stock it. Please bring food, treats, toys, and litter on Sunday, September 6th.

We all love our pets. Our families wouldn’t be complete without them. Oftentimes though, when people fall on hard times, their pets don’t get the supplies they need. But, Sophia’s Kitchen in Peoria has a Pet Food Pantry, and we are going to help stock it. Please bring food, treats, toys, and litter on Sunday, September 6th.
